The south-facing accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 45 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area

- Bedrooms 1 and 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) with double sofa bed
- Bedroom 4: two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 90 m² south-facing garden, enclosed and not shared, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 15 m² concrete terrace
The house is ideally located in Peschadoires, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a "lieu dit" with very little traffic. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Iloa lake 5km away (pedestrian access) - children's playground and municipal swimming pool
- Thiers medieval town (cutlery capital) 8 km away: cutlery museum / Vallée des Usines (factory valley)
