This charming 111-year-old home has all the modern comforts, including a heat pump system to keep you cozy or cool. Enjoy super-fast WiFi throughout the place. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a feast, from blenders to pots and pans. There are plenty of spots to eat, whether it's at the kitchen table, the peninsula, or the dining room. Coffee and tea are on us, with a French press or coffee maker to start your day right.
For fun, check out the Hobbit House playhouse, dive into our Lego stash, or pick a book or board game. Each bedroom has a 43” SMART-TV for streaming your favorites.
Kids are covered with a Pack-N-Play, toys, and a high chair. Outside, relax in Adirondack chairs or gather around the Solo Stove fire pit. We’ve got the essentials like shampoo and emergency items if you forget something. Need local tips? We love Port Angeles and are happy to share our faves. Plus, we've got a great team on hand if anything comes up. Here for a cycling event? Ask about our garage for bike storage!
Guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. All adult guests (18+) must be added to the reservation by the person making the booking. Each guest that is not disclosed at the time of booking will be an additional $100/night for occupancy of 10 and under. If the occupancy exceeds 10 at any point in time (day or night) the reservation will be immediately cancelled and no refunds given.
Smoking of any kind and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. The presence of smoke smell in the home will result in additional cleaning charges.
Indoor furniture must remain indoors at all times. Outdoor furniture must remain outdoors at all times. Firepit is provided for guest use unless prohibited by burn bans. Guests assume all liability regarding use of the firepit.
Fireplace in the living room is not to be used under any circumstances.
New local laws went into effect November 1, 2024 regarding Short-Term Rentals Port Angeles and include the following which will be strictly enforced:
1. Noise concerns: The hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. are designated "quiet time" so that no outdoor activity will disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. All activities must comply with PAMC 9.23.030, Disturbing the peace.
2. Guests must not cause any nuisance (this includes noise disturbance during daytime hours, visible trash, or blocking streets or driveways).
3. Parties are ILLEGAL at all City of Port Angeles short-term rentals. The presence of any guests not on the reservation is considered a party by the City.
