Nice little house in the Saratoga hills. Close to everything in Cupertino but you feel like you're off in seclusion somewhere. Also close to some nice hiking trails.

Great find. Had to book something on short notice to plan and hold a memorial service for my dad in Cupertino and this was a great and convenient place to stay. Plan to stay again soon!

Had a wonderful stay - the place was spacious, clean, nicely stocked and in a beautiful location. Bart went above and beyond to make sure I stayed comfortable during record storms and a brief power outage, and communicated with me quickly and consistently during the storm! Would love to stay again when I’m back in town.

This rental property is a gem...great location, just the right size for two travelers and all accommodations in place! I believe the living area furniture and arrangement could be improved but, other than that, it's very well done and we appreciate the owners' considerable attention to detail that led to a very pleasant stay for my wife and I.

We picked this property in large part to due its location near the Mountain View Winery where we had concert tickets but also enjoyed the nearby great hiking trails. It’s very private and quite, the windy road was busier with hikers, dog walkers, bikers and cars than expected but not disruptive at all, and there we’re constantly deer wandering through the yard which we enjoyed.
Loved having laundry on site! Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, but only salt & pepper so bring your own spices if you want something more. Only seating for eating is two small stools at eating bar which weren’t terribly comfortable. The Bed was very comfortable though and blinds allowed for us to sleep in which was great.
Overall great experience and would stay here again if returning for another show 😊

Very clean and comfortable. Nice to be in the beautiful forest but still very close to town .
The family of deer that greeted us every morning and evening was a bonus!!

My husband and I scored this place for the evening of a concert at the mountain winery (only 15 minutes away!). The place was so clean, you could eat off of it! The neighborhood was beautiful, the redwood trees, sound of rushing water with a full moon at night were magical.
The kitchen was very well stocked (I would kindly suggest a larger cutting board and pizza wheel) as we made some frozen Del Popolo pizzas. No big deal , we made do. The TV had Netflix and a few other apps but besides being clean and well appointed, for me the bed was my favorite. I haven’t had that good of sleep in a long time. The bed was so comfortable and even had good quality sheets and covers. We had planned on leaving early but ended up leaving at checkout because I didn’t want to get out of that bed.
Overall this place is really everything you want in a rental and probably the nicest Iv stayed at. I’m a person who appreciates nice things and this place was plush, even had beautiful hardwood floors. I’ll definitely stay again if we attend another concert at the mountain winery.

By far one of the best properties we have have stayed in. Every detail taken care of. The house was modern and clean with every appliance needed. Oven and stove. Great washing machine/dryer, filtered water, coffee-pod machine, cable TV and wi-fi. The location is beautiful, peaceful and salubrious. Communication with the owner was consistent via Stayz email. Can’t think of anything critical to say about our stay here.
