The space:
The spacious living room offers a big couch, a 65" TV with buit-in Roku that allows guests to watch their favorite movies and shows, the boardgames provided help family members and friends have some fun moments and understand each other better. The house has a collection of games for different ages.
The full kitchen provides amenities such as a gas stove with a full size oven, a portable oven/grill that is useful for quick food preparation, a large microwave, a double-door fridge with plenty of ice, a dish washer, and plenty of cabinet space stock with plates and bowls, silverwares, cooking utensils, condiments... ready for guests to prepare meal at anytime. The large island and 4 bar stools also offers additional seats and table space for the kitchen and the dinning area. In addition, guests can enjoy their favorite coffee at anytime with Keurig coffee maker and assorted Kcup pods.
The dining area views the fountain and some banana trees at backyard that gives the guests a refreshed feeling. Dining table has 6 seats, however 2 addtional seats can be added if needed.
The master bedroom features a king bed, a closet, a tv, an en-suite full bath with shower stand. The master bedroom has a view of the Mango putting green
The second bedroom features a queen bed, a closet, a tv, and a reading/relaxing area with a papasan chair and a LED reading lamp
The third bedroom features a bunk-bed with 1 full bed and 2 twin beds, a closet, a desk, and a reading lamp. In addition, an air bed can also be used if needed
The backyard offers an outdoor living space with a pergola, a sofa set, and an eight-seat dinning set. The airy backyard with plants, decorations, and water sound from the fountain gives the guests a relaxing feeling. Guests can also entertain with games like hitting target with axes, badminton, ping pong, or the challenging golf putting on the Mango putting green.
At night, the backyard is a calm and charming space, the breeze from the air and the glowing ambient lights can spark some deep conversations.
The house is also kid friendly. The third bedroom provides space for the kids to sleep and read, while activities around the house can keep them active and interact with each other. In addition, the house also provide feature for kid's safety: all corners in the house are covered with the silicone covers, and wall outlet covers are provided. Additional kids' amenties can be provided upon request: high chair, playmat, toddler toys
The house has 4 dedicated parking spots (2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway), additional free street parking can also be used if needed
Guest access
Guests can access the house throu the main door using the keypad. The house has 2 side gates which can also be used when needed
