Ultra-rare HUGE private sandy beach! Pool, large private boat and swim dock, fire pit, large waterfall, and THE best location on the entire lake!
Absolutely jam-packed with amenities, there is something for everyone.
Enjoy the fire pit on your own private sandy beach! Gentle slope into the water, perfect for kids or lounging.
Step on the dock to enjoy lounging in the sun or jump off into the lake. Cool off in the pool, + more!
Here is a breakdown of the current bedroom count and configuration below.
Of note, the garage is currently being converted to living space with a triple queen bunk and another bathroom. Estimated June completion date.
Also, the 2nd room with King bed on level 3 is being converted to a room with 2 queen beds with a May completion date.
But as it currently stands...
Overall Summary:
- 4 King Beds
- 1 large couch
- 1 Queen air mattress
Level 3 (entry level):
- 2 Bedrooms, 2 King Beds
Level 2:
- 1 Bedroom, 1 King Bed
- Living room also has large sectional couch that could be used for sleeping (but is not a pull-out)
Level 1:
- 1 Bedroom, 1 King Bed
- Option to move the sitting chairs and use our extra tall height queen air mattress
Access is for the entire home, private beach for ONLY guests of this property, and the large dock.
*Steps are mostly required but there is a concrete path to the side of the house to get to the lower level without stairs
We are fully staffed and maintain contact here directly through the platform and via text message.
*We do have a pet fee of $250. More than 2 pets must contact us directly.
*The pool is open seasonally (summer only) - be sure to ask about availability if this is important to you.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage - do not throw your cigarette butts in the yard or landscaping, please throw them away. We charge a minimum of $500 smoke odor removal fee for smoking or vaping inside the home, and this fee can be up to $1500 depending on what the odor removal company must do to take care of the problem.
