This 400 sqm former mill seemingly stuck in time is in a peaceful bucolic setting on the banks of a river with a waterfall nestled in a little valley between Apt and Bonnieux in the sought-after Luberon area.
Cocooned in leafy greenery and pleasantly cool even in high summer, the mill oozing with period character is set in 10 hectares of grounds including 2 hectares of landscaped gardens and a private 3.5 km fitness trail, and featuring a secure 16 x 6 metre swimming pool (alarm, barriers) and a well-fitted pool house set apart from the main house.
The gardens also benefit from numerous fitted shady terraces, a boules pitch, table football and ping pong tables.
The property includes:
A garden-level living/reception room with a dining area, a cosy bar/library, a kitchen, and 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom.
The upper floor comprises a TV lounge, a child’s bedroom with a bathroom, and a suite with a bathroom (the 3 rooms are airconditioned).
A stone-built annex comprises a further suite.
Ideal for families and groups of friends, with each benefiting from a degree of privacy thanks to the layout.
7 bedrooms – maximum occupancy 13 (children included)
Included in the tariff:
- A complete set of bath and bed linen for each week booked
- 10 hours housekeeper attendance (cleaning, repair, service…) : 6h on monday + 2x2h in the evening
- 8 hours cleaning on departure
