The room was clean
The building was in a secluded back entrance. It felt like accommodation for homeless people. The door was literally just a piece of wood. I didn’t feel safe there and the room was on the top floor. I arrived 3 hours before my friend finished work and I was scared after seeing 2 men alone in there. I am disabled and struggled to get up the stairs and then I got lost trying to get out. I had a massive panic attack and went to my car and drove to McDonald’s for 3 hours. My friend came and he agreed that it felt unsafe so we both left. That was 11pm. Also the lock box where the key was, was open. The code was still the right code from someone placing it. No receptionist or staff in the building at all. Very uncomfortable bed without adequate pillows so that was feeling like it tilted backwards. It was also not sufficiently wide enough for two people without falling off the bed. Zero stars

Very friendly Hotel Manager - Debbie, the 1 week passed so quick.
That's what was needed, fridge, hot plate, kettle etc and they had a lovely disco light which my little one adore. It made her stay lovely
No lift 🙈🙈🙈
Just being lazy to 1st floor Lol

Fire alarm activated at 2250 at night, was sleeping so was a shock

Great hosts, easy to access, the room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It felt like home away from home.

Location was close to the training I was delivering.
The fact that I was fined for staying in the car park. Eventually someone greeted me but did not show me to type in my reg. I received lots of letters demanding £100 fine, even though I could prove I was staying in the hotel. I again raised it with one of the staff, who then liaised with the car park company, very stressful.

Upon arrival we had to use a lock box to gain access to our key which I thought was a pretty cool idea however it took some great force to open this faulty lock box. In the room there was a breeze coming from the window and at closer inspection the window wasn’t shut properly and the handle was jammed. Outside was 0 degrees which had made the room unbelievably cold. The hall way that we came in through was hotter than our room! I was fully clothed under both covers and blanket yet it was too unbearable to stay so we decided to return home.
We journeyed 2.5 hours to get to this hotel and had to go home. Not only did this waste a lot of petrol, this ruined all of our following days plans and we didn’t get home until 2am.
Upon contacting booking to help resolve the issue none of the property owners were responding until the following morning.
Once I had raised these issues with them I was refused a refund. I have video footage of the fault yet I am still refused refund.
How can someone provide an unsafe room and not allow refund. Very poor hosting.

Self check in, parking, big nice room, comfy bed
No hot water in the evening, smth broke in building heat system. Toilet tank was broken - water just kept on flushing, my partner fixed it, because it was evening and property did not reply. No hairdryer - had to aske the staff, they brought it. Carpet next to one side of bed was full of crumps, no walking barefoot

Comfy bed.
Fridge, although I didn't use
Big shops near the building, ASDA, Lidl.
Good WiFi.
Nice and polite staff at the entrance.
( written randomly, but not least ).
For this money usually I book double room with double bed.
The toilet was dirty.
A lot of stains everywhere.
Desk without chair, so impossible to use it.
Noisy people in the corridor ( slamming the doors and other noises while sleeping).

Parking facilities
Window didn’t close .Shower would never have hot running water only warm at best. The room is way below my expectations of what I expected .

Fridge in room was really good
Bed was a little hard

It was close to where I needed to be
The mattress was terrible I could feel every spring the shower was so bad it was like getting a wash with a kids watering can the taps on the sink was loose the toilet seat was loose do I need to say anymore it was the worse nights sleep I've had in years and I feel ashamed to have to put this

Clean room, very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, well equipped kitchenette.
Room needed refreshing as was showing signs of wear and tear and not finished very well. The biggest problem was traffic noise needed windows open as it was so hot, then became very loud. Lucky we had ear plugs to use.
3.3
The room had everything I needed, including a fridge, a microwave, TV and a desk.
I stayed in room 120, the security lights outside the window are incredibly bright, and are on all night long. The blinds weren’t very thick so the room was illuminated throughout the night.
