The property was nice and seemed to be newly renovated. Having the lake from the park as a view was nice. The only complaints is it did not have a Keurig and the tv in the living room was on a stand and not mounted to the wall. Neither of these things would prevent me from using them again. The comment about the TV was only because a have a 4 year old that likes to touch everything.

This place was perfect for our family. We stayed here for 1 week. Nice, clean and comfy. Fresh eggs in fridge and Ice packs in the freezer were greatly appreciated. It was a busy week: creation museum,, ark encounter, louisville slugger museum, Kentucky Derby Museum, river boat ride, zoo, reds game, hiking (Rock Bridge Trail), Natural Sky Bridge) etc. Kids had a blast! Thanks!

Ages 2 - 84, really enjoyed the park and lake behind the property.

We have stayed in several places in the Dry Ridge area and this one was the best. It was clean, and offered everything we needed and wanted. They have a real coffee maker, and for coffee drinkers That makes the difference. All the furniture was newer and comfortable. I could smell the fabric softener on the towels and sheets. It was so clean. We backed against a lake we walked around daily and our last morning we had a deer in the backyard. We will definitely book here again.

Our stay with two of our teenage granddaughters was perfect! The girls enjoyed their separate bedrooms and the basketball and tennis courts! These were located on the city park right below the rental. We enjoyed the walks around the pond and all the ducks. Now the beds were amazingly comfortable! You can tell they really paid attention to thoughtful details in every room. The fresh eggs awaiting us were great. We even enjoyed the Old Spiderman videos . You won’t go wrong booking here!

Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness to the restaurant menus. Anything we needed, was provided including games for family time.it was amazing and we had a blast. Very short distance from food and fun.

The house was very comfortable, really liked the view from the back of the house, park, lake and walking trails. Also the fact, we could bring the rental vehicle into the garage, to unload and didn’t have to worry about it during the night! The signage in the house was very thoughtful and encouraging!

Kristen was a great host, thank you for the farm fresh eggs, what a treat. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a beautiful view of Piddlepark and the pond, great for a morning or evening walk. Lots of birds to view. Loved our stay in Kentucky and our visit to The Arc Encounter and the Creation Museum. 5 star 😊

Mostly nice.
Positives = The house seemed newly updated & was very clean, except for some (pubic appearing) hair in the bath tub, & hair almost completely stopping up one bathroom sink drain--which we cleaned out. Carpets, furniture, dishes & countertops all seemed new. It was nicely appointed. Linens nice.
Negatives = ANTS!!! Ants, ants, ants Especially in the kitchen, but everywhere, even a couple in my bed!!! We were there a week so had to buy toilet tissue. Parking misunderstanding complicated things a bit, but was worked out with host.
We paid a big cleaning fee, but for what, it is difficult to imagine, as we were asked in the instructions to clean everything except the laundry & bathrooms.
Advertising picture of the front was totally misleading!
Suggestion: mirror in each bedroom where we can check our hair & clothing would be helpful.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend a stay until the ants are gone. After that, we might. However, the picture representing the front of the house & front yard, driveway etc.needs to show the real situs.
The host was great. As for Vrbo, they did nothing that we could tell, but charged us a fee, as did Evolve.
We did have a nice time, except for ants & the house its self is nice.

We traveled to Kentucky to see the Ark Encounter. This home is located in a quaint small town that was very peaceful. It was a short and easy drive to the Ark. The house had plenty of room, and the condition of everything was practically new. A huge bonus was the garage parking. We have an SUV, and there was plenty of room to park and unload all inside the garage with the door closed. There’s a park and a pond just behind the home which would be great to enjoy when the weather cooperates.
The real differentiator of this property is the host. They communicated prior to our stay, during our stay, and after our stay. They offered restaurant suggestions when I asked for them. They made themselves accessible, even though we didn’t need anything. While we were there, Dry Ridge experienced some pretty rare severe weather complete with a few tornado watches. The host proactively reached out to us to see if we needed shelter of any kind. They even reached out to a couple local churches to find places of refuge for us if we wanted to seek shelter in a basement should the weather turn for the worse. I’ve rented a lot of places and had some really great hosts. These might just have been the best I’ve experienced, really going beyond the bounds of good service.

This is a great place. Beautiful & newly renovated. The kitchen utensils, plates, frying pans, etc. were of very good quality. Walking to Piddle Park to feed the ducks was a highlight.
You will want to stay here. :)
