About this house rental
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood 40 minutes outside of Vancouver, our home is a perfect place for you to come back to after a day of exploring in this beautiful province, or to set up for remote work while enjoying nature that surrounds you.
Street parking is available and free. A bus stop is a 8 minute walk and you will be on your way to Coquitlam Centre mall and skytrain station. All guests must be able to climb stairs (less than 5) in order to get around our property.
Large and flat backyard (shared with us) provides plenty of outdoor space for a sunny day reading or exercise - however we'd ask that you do be mindful of wildlife that occasionally wanders into our yard - we have seen bears, raccoons, birds aplenty. This area is their home too so we give them their space when they do visit.
Being a young family with a child, you will hear our happy footsteps and sounds from upstairs but we keep them to a minimum and our kiddo's bedtime is 9 pm so as to leave you with a quiet evening.
If you have any questions at all just ask! We are so happy you have chosen to stay with us!
