About this house rental
Beautifully presented traditional 3-bed terraced house with cosy loft conversion. The property is located within a short walking distance to the city centre and has an abundance of restaurants, takeaways and local amenities on the doorstep. The property is beautifully decorated and funished & will appeal to families or people working in the area looking for a short-term stay.
The living room is located at the front of the house and has two large 2 seater sofa's, a 43"Smart internet TV and a coffee table. The dining room is at the rear of the house with a large dining table and seating for up to 7 guests. There is a modern fitted kitchen located just off the dining room that is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. There is also a downstairs w/c with a washing machine. Bedroom 1 has two single beds and a clothes hanging rail. Bedroom 2 has a single & double bed with clothes hanging rail. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a clothes rail - this is located on the 3rd floor. The bathroom is located on the first floor and has a separate shower. Free wifi is provided. Parking is on-street (outside of the property).
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy in order for your booking to go ahead.
