Please note: the pool is available from March-October. The pool will be winterized in months outside of those.

Tucked right in the middle of one of Austin's most iconic neighborhoods, the Songbird is walking distance to the picture perfect Mozarts coffee shop (with a lake view) and the local Lions Municipal Course for a quick round.

This home has everything your group needs. In addition to a refreshing pool, polished wood floors, soaring ceilings in the main living room, boutique hotel inspired sleeping spaces, the home also boasts two workout bikes and multiple living rooms.

The first floor features plenty of charm with a gorgeous, sunlit dining area with seating for up to 8. This area is perfect to gather family and friends around a snack, charcuterie board, or even a full Thanksgiving feast. Through the hallway, you find a full kitchen with marbe countertops and top of the line appliances. Tucked in here is a breakfast nook perfect for your morning coffee and reading.

Up the stairs, you are welcomed in into a sprawling private retreat. The Master Suite has tons of natural light with a king bed, private luxury bath with a walk in shower, and two additional seating chairs.

Additional guest quarters consist of three bedrooms, a full bath, and a second living room. There are also 4 work remote desks, including a private office area to take those annoying work calls in seclusion.

Once you've unpacked, jump into the clean, refreshing pool in the back. With plenty of room for activites, including laying out, mini golf, or outdoor dining, the Songbird is ready for you! And, after a night on the town, the gas grill is perfect for flipping some late night burgers.

NOTE: We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.

Also, please review the LONG-TERM STAY - ADDITIONAL FEES section below. Stays over 29 days are waived from paying the State and Local Hotel Tax. However, there are additional fees we need to collect for damage coverage and housekeeping.

In compliance with our policies for long term stays, we need to collect a few additional fees from you before guaranteeing this reservation. Please see below and reply here with any questions. Your guest ambassador will reply shortly and be available to assist you where needed.

Additional Cleaning Fee:

We do require additional cleaning fees for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning.

Guest Access:
We offer self-check-in. Portoro uses smart locks.

•We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check-in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing, it's recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.

Getting Around:
Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 10 minutes away.

We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in the House Manual upon check-in.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
- Please note that our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Pack n Plays or High Chairs must be requested prior to arrival.

Disclaimers:
- No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine.
- Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking
- We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $1000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Portoro offers self-check-in. As your hosts, Portoro will be available to answer any questions you may have about the home or the surrounding area.

Guests will have access via an electronic smart lock and the access code will be provided prior to your arrival.
