The location is good , food is just avearge, elevator is bad.

Budget hotel with excellent location

Hotel 101 Fort is a great budget option just in front of SM Aura and really convenient for anyone staying in BGC. Great cost benefit

Although hotel is new, facilities in the room were built very cheaply with little maintenance so things are slowly breaking down.

Great place!

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. There was always smiles. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The gym is located right next to the pool so the water is all over the place when you are exiting the gym which is dangerous. It needs to be mopped multiple times a day.

This hotel is the BEST! Price & Location in BGC. You will not be able to get this kind of price for the amenities it has. The Staff is superb. Kayla & Ivan are always smiling and very helpful. ALL of the staff are very good in their dealing with hotel guests! The security guards are always there to open the door and give you umbrella whether its hot or raining. We stayed in this hotel for 5 weeks with our children & grandchildren. By the end of our stay, they are calling everybody Kuya & Ate. Don't think about it, JUST MAKE YOUR RESERVATION, You will not be disappointed!

I’m hesitant to recommend the property.

It is close to commercial area wherein shopping is accessible.

It is noisy. You can hear the steps outside our rooms. The bathroom was not clean, there were water marks on the floors and walls. The water in the shower area was not draining properly.

Great bang for your buck! Would highly recommend this hotel for those who travel in big groups!

Convenient location since it was so near BGC; we also loved the very fast wifi. The staff was also very pleasant.

The rooms aren’t soundproof so the noise from the hallway seeps into the room.

The hotel is a great location for the BGC area. Right across the road from the SM Mall and also a market on the opposite road (about 5 min walk or less) Room was adequate, quiet, and air con and free bottled water. Good for a short stay in the area.

Small rooms and water for shower was luke warm to cold. Otherwise it was a simple and basic room.

Location was perfect to banks , Shopping Centres and restaurants . Just a walking distance.

Maybe the bathroom needs a bleach to clean the edges and to get rid of white marks on the floor .

Angenehme Aufenthalt .

-sehr saubere Zimmer, alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden wie zbp shampoo , Zahnbürste usw.

Wir haben Frühstück gebucht, und ist in unseren Zimmer gebracht worden leider ist kalt und würden in ein eingepackte Behälter gepackt, da das Hotel noch keine eigene Restaurant habe.

Bottom line - it was worth the money.

It's location, location.. and price. Walking distance to BGC and SM Aura is definitely a plus. The room is clean, nice view and AC is perfect.

Simply the Best.

We stayed here from December 26 to January 7. The best value hotel in Makati. Hotel is new and I hope it gets to be maintained as it is. Front desk is so easy to talk to and we were given a room with a fantastic view.

Everything was spotless before New year. After New year problems came out like unstable internet and diminished cable channels. Since it's a new hotel so construction is still going on.
