I fell in love with the vibe of this spot the moment I saw it. My friends and I were in town to celebrate a wedding and wanted something a little more chill than a hotel room. Our hosts were great to communicate our arrival time with and we had everything we needed for the weekend! We spent the day lounging around before the wedding and the guys walked up the street to a sports bar to watch a game, so the location was really ideal! Just a note - if you are a hot sleeper, there are fans, so don't worry!

This is a charming house, perfect for our party and a great location. Easy walk into town for coffee and dinner. The hosts were so helpful with tips about places to eat and places to visit.

We had a terrific weekend getaway and loved staying at this beautiful, clean home. Plenty of space for 4 adults! Perfect location for walking to downtown Geneva and the waterfront. (FYI - the kitchen has an apartment-sized electric range/oven, so if you want to cook a large meal for your group, you will have to plan accordingly.) Owners were lovely and easy to work with. Would love to come back again!

We loved staying in this historic and charming Geneva row home. Check in/check out was easy. The house was comfortable and quiet and close to everything we needed, including pizza delivery and Wegmans. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Geneva.

We were so impressed with the house--it is a beautifully restored row house just like the pictures show. It is quiet and comfortable, and a quick walk into town. The kitchen is small so may not be what you want if you have dreams of cooking for a large group, but it worked perfectly for our family. We would love to have stayed longer and hope to be back.

Gorgeous, comfortable, and historic. 10/10 stay. Kitchenette was cute and fun to cook in. Neat clawfoot tub. Stayed cool on 85 degree days. Enjoyed walking down to Linden St for libations. Short drive to public beach. Overall very happy with the property and owners communication!

We stayed on the property for a girls trip and had a great time! Cute space, lots of seating, and clean. Only thing was there was only AC in one room; however, there were big fans for the other rooms, which was enough to keep us cool at night.

The rooms were clean and comfortably appointed, with enough space for the bride and her entourage to get ready. Pretty rooms with natural light for the photographer and makeup artist. Very comfortable beds for the parents of the bride. Just a 15 minute walk to the beautiful lakefront. I would highly recommend for any stay.

The home is beautiful, and the pictures don't do the size justice - plenty of room, all the amenities, everything we needed, gorgeous furnishings, and perfect location in Geneva and a short walk to the Colleges! Thank you!

Lovely place to spend with family and friends.
The host was great and the location for visiting HWS colleges was perfect.
The bathrooms are dated and the kitchen needs a little attention but the place was very clean, had instructions, good WiFi and the beds were very comfortable.

We could not be more pleased with our stay in this property. It is a beautiful row house in a lovely area of Geneva. The home is exactly as described. It is roomy and very well appointed. The home feels very luxurious with high ceilings and beautiful details. The linens were all top quality with lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed.
The owners were very responsive to a couple of questions that we had which has not always been my experience with a VRBO.
I would highly recommend this property if visiting this area!

We needed a place for my daughters family to stay, plus a place for my son and his wedding party to get ready on the day of the wedding (at Belhurst Castle). This was a perfect choice!
