About this apartment rental

Studio by the Sea. On the first floor, no stairs, by the Olympic swimming pool.

With a short walk to our sandy white beaches, we are located right in the heart of Fripp Island. The Sunsuites are in the Beach Club Complex. Our lovely tropical view is of the Olympic Pool and new Fitness Center. The adult pool, with the open air Sandbar, is right around the corner. Tennis Courts, Pickle ball, walking paths, are all across the street. Ice cream and Pizza food trucks serve quick bites or enjoy a wonderful meal at the Beach Club restaurant. We have a brand new queen bed and Two large built in bunkbeds, all with comfy organic cotton linens. We also have a privacy door to separate the different sleeping quarters. We have a well appointed kitchen with a 2 eye burner stove, little oven and a small refrigerator. We have 2 beach chairs and beach towels for you to use while you stay with us. And if you should need anything that we don't have, just reach out to us. We live right around the corner. There is a laundry center upstairs that you can use by way of an app.

The location was awesome! Lack of supplies toilet paper, paper towels etc. Wasn’t even a chair to sit in. Over all the unit was maybe lightly cleaned.

This is the second time we have stayed at Sunsuites. The rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. Although there was a really good band playing at the resort next door, we never heard them in our room. The unit is close to the beach and all the other amenities at Fripp.

Everyting was nice, we had great stay. There were 2 minor issues that need attention/feedback to owner. 1-The room was set at and actually too cold at checking. AC was set at 63F. This is extremely expensive for the owners electric bill. While we were there, the AC just made changes on its own - it switched to HEAT 3 times, and changed the temperature setting on cooling from what we set it at. Need to have an HVAC company replace the wall thermostat (or check if it has batteries.). 2-We only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the room and ran out, and had no instructions on who to call or how to get issues changed during the stay (this also included the password to the wifi was NOT listed in the room). Again, great place and stay, but 2 minor issues that need to be corrected.

It was about the "cards". Also, the door didn't lock unless we were inside. The cards reference was that we have never paid upfront for an amenity

Me and my wife had a great time at Fripp. Poolside paradise was great. It’s in the middle of everything. I would add in the description that there’s a traditional coffee maker though
