Nestled in a charming neighborhood known for its cameo in "Stranger Things," this getaway provides convenient access to the multi-use Sandia Mountain Trail system, making it perfect for nature enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike.
The home offers an open and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed to maximize your comfort and create lasting memories. The common areas feature two captivating gas fireplaces and ample room to relax, work, or play with board games, air hockey, and toys for the children. Seamlessly enjoy your favorite shows and streaming subscriptions on the 55-inch TV with Roku, soundbar and subwoofer.
Located in the "Land of Enchantment," Albuquerque is a vibrant city filled with culture, history, and stunning landscapes. This home, situated in foothills on the city’s eastern side, offers easy access to all that Albuquerque has to offer including the world-famous International Balloon Fiesta, a vibrant culinary scene, a burgeoning cinema/studio scene, and the middle Rio Grande valley’s array of outdoor sporting activities.
Whether you’re a culinary enthusiast or enjoy simplicity, you will find the kitchen thoughtfully designed to cater to all your needs, featuring premium appliances and a granite island with bar chairs for casual dining and socializing while cooking. Coffee aficionados will appreciate both an espresso maker and a drip coffee maker. A delightful selection of spices ensures you can always add a flavorful touch to your dishes. The gorgeous wooden dining table accommodates up to ten guests, making it perfect for gatherings and shared meals.
Get away to one of five cozy bedrooms, three of which feature king-size beds. The primary suite entails a beautiful ensuite bathroom and a large, ventilated walk-in closet with a Pack ’n Play for an infant. The fourth bedroom with dual full-size beds is a cheerful space designed with children in mind, but perfectly suitable for adults as well. Near the common areas and the kitchen but separated by a barn door, the mixed-use office/fifth bedroom offers a beautifully decorated workspace with a comfortable twin-size daybed, desk, office chair, and desk lighting. Relax and enjoy our excellent entertainment options for all ages! Our property offers a variety of board games and a Nintendo system pre-loaded with 16 exciting video games.
We invite you to enjoy one of our favorite things about the home; relax on the large back patio and take in the stunning sunsets across the Rio Grande valley. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Sandia Mountain trail system provides a network of multiuse trails, as well as opportunities for sledding, skiing and snowboarding during the winter months.
Guest Access:
Guests are provided a unique code for the smart lock system to use for the duration of the stay. Feel free to explore and make yourself comfortable throughout the house, except for one storage closet in the hallway, the locked storage cabinets in the garage, and the basement under the back patio. Guests are provided full use of the three-car garage with a garage door opener.

Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.

This property was close to Outpost Arena which was a plus. Our party age ranged from 22 months to 92. Not having to deal with stairs was great. This house was prefect. We really enjoyed how the house was designed and decorated. This house was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here next time.
