The place was clean and we loved sitting out on the balcony having our coffee. Walking to the fishing pier was a highlight. Bring mosquito spray.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Nice view from balcony,needs some sort of covering/awning. Pool was great. Hot tub was awesome. House was nice. Nina and her team were great as before,they responded right away. Needed some light cleaning. Overall great experience,will definitely return.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and spacious enough for 4 adults, two teenagers and two dogs. Location was excellent; close to stores and restaurants but far enough to avoid traffic and crowds. There was a small ant problem when we arrived but a can of ant spray was left at the house and we were able to get it under control quickly. Overall and great place to stay.

Great property. We will plan to come again. Only suggestions are blinds in living room and more pots and pans. Also would like lamps in living room so you don’t use so much ceiling lighting. But overall, a beautiful stay. We loved everything about it. Super clean and wonderfully decorated. Easy check in. One note, there is a piece of wood missing in the ceiling in upstairs guest bathroom exposing the attic. Maybe in process of repair? One pillow on couch had a hole in it as well. Minor but wanted to let the property mgmt know.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five adults had a wonderful relaxing week. The home was clean and spacious. Loved our gulf view of the bay! We saw many types of birds and even deer. The hot tub was an added bonus to soak in after a full day of beach adventures! This is a nice quiet end of town, but within walking distance of many restaurants and the pier. Great communication with Nina on any concerns!😊

The town of Fulton/Rockport is a cute fishing town. This rental is beautifully decorated and was very clean. The host is fast to respond. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the the condo, it was clean and well maintained. The hot tub overlooking the bay was a big hit. There are several restaurants in walking distance, highly recommend the Boiling Pot. The pool was initially a little warm but once the fountain was turned back on it was a good temp. Our son enjoyed fishing right by the condo and caught a flounder. Port Aransas is a short drive and you drive your car onto the ferry, we had a fun beach day but wear sunscreen. Overall we would recommend the rental, they wr responsive to my questions and quick to fix a minor any problem.

The Irish Pub next door was also great for a late night drink and live music. Beds are comfy, plenty of bathrooms, and pet friendly. Less than an hour to Mustang Island. Will be booking again!

The house was clean, and had a cute Beachy vibe. It was decorated very modern, and had plenty of space. I’m walking distance to the Fulton Pier and many of the local restaurants. The Port Aransas Pass Ferry was a short drive, which made getting to Port Aransas Beach an easy commute. I recommend taking the Ferry instead of driving. We did both! We visited both The Fulton Irish Pub and the Boiling Pot, and the food was excellent. Great place to stay!

Waterfront view of the morning sunrise from the upstairs deck is spectacular and best while enjoying a favorite coffee. Location is close to waterfront restaurants with decks having an equally great view. Property manager Nina is pleasant and very helpful with check-in process upon arrival. Great stay!

This is a wonderful, beautiful home with a beautiful view of the water and birds. Great sunrises on deck while drinking coffee. Great home base for our vacation! Very quick response when we had an issue with the heating. Highly recommend this property and host.

Comfortable and spacious house with great view of the bay (and peilcans) from the upper deck, perfect for beautiful sunrises with coffee. Excellent location, too, with restaurants and a coffee bar within walking distance. It also served as a great home base for exploring Aransas National Wildlife Refuge.

Sitting in the hot tub watching a full moon rise over the bay to end the day. Walked to our favorite places for meals and drinks.

The home was in perfect condition and very comfortable....Most amenities you'd need for cooking. Decorated so cute - we loved it! Would definitely stay here again/ recommend it!
