The living area is also equipped with a TV and comfortable seating, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen at Sunset Pointe features premium fixtures and appliances, including under-cabinet lighting, upgraded utilities, and cooking amenities. The kitchen island offers seating for four, and there is also a custom live edge 10' counter bar located in front of a window that overlooks the lake, providing a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a late-night drink. The lower level of the home features a queen bedroom, a king bedroom, and a bunk room with two triple twin bunks, providing a perfect place for families or groups traveling together. The upper level of the home boasts two additional king bedrooms, as well as a sitting room with a daybed, offering a comfortable and convenient space for everyone to relax and unwind. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. For the littlest family members, there is a high chair and pack-n-play!
