This Newly remodeled Ocean view 2nd row town home, with smart keyless entry, in North Topsail Beach is ready for your family and friends to enjoy ! Comfortably accommodates 8 guests with it’s 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen with all the essentials, and Outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy the Ocean and Sound views. Beach access just steps away! The first level has the beautifully decorated bedrooms with mounted flat-screen TVs, 2 full baths and washer/dryer. Master with king bed that has sound views. Second room with comfortable queen bed with ocean view, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second level is open concept living containing a custom eat in kitchen, spacious Dining room, comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath. Relax on the second level balcony’s and enjoy the Ocean and Sound breezes and views with private decks on each side.
Kids and adults love the Pac-Man arcade game, for some friendly competition. Enjoy playing the arcade game, which has 60 classic favorite’s, set on free play.
Or, adventure out on the back sound using the 4 sit on top kayaks (life jackets included ) and take in nature’s incredible sites. Enjoy the convenience of the Backyard Pier to launch the kayaks, throw in a fishing line or peacefully bird watch. Please carry the kayaks out to the pier, dragging the kayaks ruins them. We provide the kayaks for added fun, please be respectful and don’t damage them.
Park style charcoal grill on back patio available for use. You will need to bring charcoal to use.
Bring your bikes for nearby bike trail as well! The beach is 500 feet across the street and easy walk with kids and bags.

We chose this place because I wanted to both play on the beach and have access to the Intercoastal Waterway! We have young children and flew in from California so we needed a place that offered just about everything, as we could not just load up the car and road trip in. This house provided both bedding and kayaks with a private dock, so it won me over! Laundry facilities were also a major plus!
The host was lovely, kind and responsive. Check in was easy and everything was as described in the listing. The backyard dock area is gorgeous—our favorite part, for sure! The kayaks and life vests were there as promised, clearly utilized and loved by past guests (we came at the end of the season, so this was to be expected), but absolutely functional with two adults manning the operation.
My boys loved their little room and matching beds and the primary suite is also lovely. Floors and bathrooms were nice and clean. The only thing I noticed right off is that the home is—as stated—pet-friendly. I love pets, but haven’t lived with one for decades so finding pet hair in some of the harder-to-reach spots and in the mattress pads caught me off guard, but like I said, that’s my own fault. I mention it only to point it out to others in case that’s an even bigger deal than it was for my family. ;)
We had a wonderful time together in this home and would recommend it to others! I also recommend playing PAC-Man here—so fun!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house had fabulous views of the ocean (little obstructed) and sound (full view)! The beach access was not too far. It was nice having the use of the kayaks. The house was very clean. It was great having linens supplied.The contact with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is everything we wanted and more. Everything you need is about 10 minutes away. The beach is 126 steps from the door (we counted). Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The mattress in the master wasn't our favorite but that was our only complaint. Even our pooch loved her stay. Hope to be back next year. Check this property out! you won't be disappointed.

I stayed at “Peach at the Beach” while in town for my cousin’s wedding. I was able to reserve the adjoining unit of the duplex as well, so we could keep extended family together. It was perfect everyone was able to have privacy but super easy to hang out.
The location was really convenient to the beach access point and a dock out back for inlet access.
Kathy was such a kind and friendly host. She was very responsive with any questions or concerns. I would definitely consider staying at this location again the next time we visit Topsail Island.

Overall this rental was perfect for a family getaway at north topsail beach. Listing as described. The reason it is a 4 star is because there was a moderate tobacco odor that was especially evident once we left, on our clothes and travel gear. I presume former owners may have been smokers… would definitely come back if it wasn’t for the tobacco odor.

I am not even sure where to start…everything about this place was perfect! From the location, to the cleanliness, to the “home” feel this place has it all. The owner is amazing and very responsive immediately to any questions. We even received a welcome basket! If you are looking for the perfect beach stay the Peach is it!!!

The check in process was so easy and Kathy really cared that we had everything we needed throughout the week. Having access to the back dock was perfect for paddle boarding (there are kayaks available at the property, too). The beach was just a short walk across the street. The house is well-equipped for a family. My kids loved the arcade games!

We very much enjoyed our trip. The walk to the beach is very short and entrance to the marsh and ability to use kayaks was priceless. The place provided us with everything we needed and the owners are quick to reply and very accommodating. We will be booking again! ❤️

This was a fantastic find for us! Convenient access to the beach, Beth is a super responsive host, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans so we didn't have to eat out every meal.
The only thing we noted, which was not a problem for us, was that the beds listed as queens were full beds, albeit I didn't have a tape to confirm this. They still comfortably slept two people, but if you're really tall or a bit bigger, this could be a challenge.
All of that to say, we will definitely look for availability here for future group events. Also, the arcade machine is amazing!

We enjoyed our stay for the long weekend. The house was spacious and provided great ocean views and sound views. It was a short and easy walk to the beach. There are not a lot of homes around so we had plenty of room on the beach to spread out. It was also nice that beach furniture and kayaks were available for our use. We wish we had more time to take advantage!

This is a great location with access to the sound a a super short walk to the beach. Very private, clean and well-maintained. We loved having the extra space in the garage with all the beach gear, grill and kayaks. It also made for a great place to drop stuff after you use the outdoor shower to keep inside sand to a minimum. Especially nice that our dog could join us. Loved that linens and towels were included. The beds were super comfy, even the sofa bed which is rare! The kitchen has all you could need to cook any meal. The game table was a huge hit too! We are already thinking of dates for next summer!

The Peach on the Beach met all of our needs for our summer vacation. The place was clean and everyone had enough room to move about. The private dock for fishing and kayaking were great. Everything was well appointed and my in-laws liked the appliances so much they are thinking of using the same models when they are ready to purchase next time. Can’t beat being steps from the beach, which was clean and was not densely populated so our family had a lot space to enjoy ourselves. Would certainly come back!

Celebrating a Grandsons Graduation we thought a beach trip would be great. And it was. Beautiful House, beautiful weather. The Ocean a short walk away. Your own pier in back on sound to fish or enjoy nature. Pac Man game gave us many laughs. There were 4 adults. Lots of room. The bedrooms are nice and private. Beds excellent. We had a wonderful spring break at the Peach at the Beach! We had everything we needed in the house. The furniture and beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the hard floors which were easy to sweep! The pier was a great place to sit and birdwatch.. We took the kayaks out several times and enjoyed the marshes. The video game system was an amusing way to kill time. The beach access was maybe half a block across the street and very convenient to walk or bike to. Our dogs enjoyed themselves, too! It was great to have a garage to store the bikes we brought. The only downside was there were a lot of stairs! So remember That when you are buying groceries—you will have to haul them up 2 long flights… But overall, we really enjoyed ourselves here!

The property is as described, and overall very nice for a family. Road in front of property is a little busier than I would like with kids and dogs. Views from front and back are gorgeous. Kayaking proved to be difficult with no ladder off the dock, but it is beautiful and peaceful to sit and enjoy.
