The bright open plan living dining kitchen area has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and opens onto a private north facing deck.
Two bathrooms, each with shower, vanity and mirrors. Each bedroom features built in wardrobes.
The kitchen is fully self contained with everything you will need, microwave, dish washer, and an array of utensils.
A separate laundry with washer and dryer.
There is private off street parking in front of the unit and ample parking on the street.
Linen is supplied PLUS free Wi-Fi & Netflix.

BUT... Not a fan of security cameras--- driveway gate could be wider---carport posts not good for hire car doors, safety tape or rubber buffers?
Just minor negatives, enjoyed the stay and will return.

Lovely little place, 10min walk to Armidale restaurants and shops. Neat & tidy. Would stay again.
