** BRAND NEW LISTING!!** If you're looking for a camper that feels like home, this is THE ONE. When we bought this 5th wheel, what drew me to it compared to all the others we looked at, was that it felt like home. It's modern, clean and gets a ton of natural light which is a big must for me. This camper is designed to be your home away from home! It will sleep 7 comfortably but can fit up to 9 people if needed. The master has its own AC unit which is great if you're like us & you like it extra cold at night while you sleep. There is a nice queen size bed with a memory foam mattress topper, two double bunks, a pull out couch and the dining table also converts to a large bed. The bunk room (or the kid's room, as we call it) also has it's very own bathroom! (Yay for not having to share bathrooms!) Sheets, pillow cases AND pillows will be bleached after each rental. The kitchen includes a stove, oven and a microwave, dishes, silverware, cups, pots and pans are also provided. There is also an air fryer & a keurig as well (bring your own k-cups or coffee - we have the reusable pods). There is a second entrance to the bunk room & bathroom. There are two tvs on board - one smart and one antenna tv that gets local channels. Outside you will find a powered awning with LED lights that provides plenty of shade for a comfortable environment outside of the camper & a great outdoor kitchen. There is ample storage throughout to store all of your camping gear. Absolutely no smoking allowed inside trailer. Pre-approval needed prior to renting for festivals &/or if you want to bring along your pet (just send us a quick message). Both (yes, there are two black tanks) black and gray tanks must be dumped at the end of your trip, prior to returning the travel trailer. If they are not dumped, a fee of $75 will be added. * There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. If smoking of any kind is detected, you forfeit your entire security deposit. We have been burned (pun intended) by this in the past in another camper and it will not be tolerated.
