Meget lille rum med tynd væg til nabo der snorkede højt. Ikke malet væggen. 1 dyne til 2 prs. Wc virkedeikke og skulle dele det med 5 andre så valgte at skifte til andet hotel uden refusion . Meget dårligt sted😡

Miło, choć tak jak inni byliśmy zaskoczeni, że to nie pokój z kuchnią i łazienką dla nas.

Szybka obsługa

W ogłoszeniu nie ma informacji, że jest to mieszkanie z 6 pokojami, w których będą mieszkać inni ludzie, a kuchnia i łazienka są wspólne. Jedyne okno w naszym pokoju wychodziło na salon, nie na zewnątrz.

Ok, bliskość do centrum trochę rekomenduje brak czystego prześcieradła i poduszek. :(

Umiejscowienie obiektu było super! Blisko do metra. Praktycznie w samym centrum!

Czystość na minus :( i fakt, że na pokój musieliśmy czekać do 18, mimo że przylecieliśmy do Oslo o 8:00… brak przechowania bagażu chociażby.

Le top pour un petit passage !

Appartement très bien situé, propre et fonctionnel, pratique pour un petit passage à Oslo :) L'hôte est sympathique, n'hésitez pas à lui demander les bons plans dans le coin !

Une seule salle de bain (et un seul toilette) pour 6 chambres, c'est un peu juste.

Central location near Oslo Central Station

The location is perfect just a couple of minutes walk from Grønland tube station and five minutes walk from Oslo Central Station. Two washing machines and two tumble driers in the bathroom and a full set of appliances in the kitchen is perfect for travelers needing to wash their clothes and wishing to make their own food. The host was very helpful, offering explanations and guidance on a variety of topics.

Находится у центре, пожалуй из плюсов это все.

Дальше вы селитесь в гостиный дом, в котором не апартаменты как выглядит на фото, а соседние комнаты в одной из которой вам придется жить. Комната 4 на 4 метра. Заходишь и сразу кровать, нету даже окон на улицу. Ночью пришлось спать с открытой дверью, потому что становится очень душно. Фото не соответствуют действительности, будьте готовы к этому.

A great, comfy place to stay in the centre of Oslo.

It was a great location, especially if you’re travelling by train/bus as it’s just behind the stations! My room was a great size with plenty of space and a double bed for one person, and super cosy. The fairy lights from the street were lovely to look at too.

I would have loved a mirror in the bedroom. There was one in the bathroom but since it was shared, it felt rude to be in there for ages getting ready.

A cheap bed-and-breakfast style place to crash if your are in transit. But hotels are similar price.

Located 200 meters from the central station just on the back of Radisson hotel. The host was very friendly and helped me find the right place when I called him on the phone. Good price (value for money)... I promised to give this location 10 points because the host was a good guy trying to make an alternative to the expensive central hotels.

This is more like something you would expect from air-bnb, the rooms are small and the interiour design is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and generally a womans touch. There are no coat hangers, also the walls are paper thin and the two girls who rented the room next to me keept me up until 3.30am in the morning, because their voices were so loud through the wall. Very difficult to find the place because the street sign has a different name. In retrospect paying only 10euro more could have landed me in a real hotelroom instead. But for one night sleep, this is okay. But I would not bring any girlfriend to such a place. I read that other people complained about no ventilation, however I stayed in room no.3 and it had a window... I think also room 1 and 2 had a window.

Bona localització, mala habitació.

La ubicació

Habitació sense cap tipus de ventilació, només una finestra que dóna al menjador del pis, si obres la finestra per no ofegar-te se sent tot el soroll del menjador. L'habitació no estava neta, amb tovalloles brutes al terra. Lloc petit i claustrofòbic.

Great stay in central, clean room in the center with good value for money

Small, clean room in a recently renovated shared flat in the center. Excellent location very close to the train station and all facilities like shops, restaurants, museums etc. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I was lucky, the other guests in the shared flat were all respectful/ no noise etc, so I had a good sleep. The price is really good for Oslo and this location, perfect for a short stay for budget travellers.

Don´t expect a 5 star hotel for the price of a low budget room, so be prepared that the furniture in the room and the equipment of the kitchen is quite basic. For me, this was no problem at all, I was just happy to have a nice, clean place to stay.

Forferdelig dårlig.

At eieren nektet oss rommet fordi jeg ringte kl 17.10 å spurte om å få sjekke inn og da hisset han seg opp og ba meg sjekke booking og regler fordi han var billigst i byen. Jeg svarte han da at om han ikke åpnet kl 18.00 ville jeg ha pengene tilbake og at det var dårlig service. Han ringte tilbake 15 min senere å sa at jeg hadde truet han og jeg fikk ikke rommet og la på før jeg fikk sagt noe. Jeg ringte flere ganger tilbake uten svar. Jeg skrev flere tekstmeldinger å beklaget men fikk ikke svar. Derfor kontaktet jeg politi og anmeldte eieren og booking. Dette er den største fiasko av en utleier jeg har vært med om i mitt liv. Jeg har vært overalt i verden men dette er det værste jeg har opplevd.

Se volete dormire la notte, evitate questo posto.

La struttura è conveniente rispetto allo standard di Oslo

Impossibile dormire, le mura sono di legno e sottili. La mia camera era accanto l’area comune e riuscivo a sentire pure il respiro delle persone che stavano seduti nel divano nell’area comune. Non sono riuscito a dormire per tutta la durata del viaggio, è stato un incubo.

Centrale e ben collegato

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente competitivo. Si è in pieno centro ed è una delle strutture più economiche. Il letto è comodo e la stanza calda. Negli spazi comuni c’è una cucina attrezzata se non si vuole mangiare fuori. La stanza è essenziale, ma pulita. Gli spazi comuni sono puliti se le persone sono civili, non si può dare la colpa al proprietario. La metropolitana è praticamente sotto l’appartamento.

Il quartiere non è il massimo, specialmente la sera. Ero sola e non mi sono sentita totalmente a mio agio. Forse era solo una sensazione soggettiva, visto che intorno all’ingresso dell’appartamento ci sono telecamere ovunque. Sono piuttosto le strade intorno, scegliete di percorrere le zone più illuminate!

If you are lucky you can sleep.

It’s really close to the bus station

The property is an apartment with 6 bedrooms, so it means one toilet to maybe 12 people, during the night time it’s a nightmare. All the doors makes a lot of noise to open and close, so I couldn’t sleep properly, mainly when the people who is there don’t have notion and starts talking loud during the night.

Świetna lokalizacja w bardzo korzystnej cenie, dla osób niepotrzebujących luksusów.

Dobra lokalizacja do całodziennego zwiedzania Oslo, blisko do centrum, na przystanek autobusowy i do stacji metro. Bardzo miły właściciel obiektu, służący radą i zaznajomiony z okolicą. Dostępna nieodpłatnie wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka wraz z pralką i suszarką.

Obiekt jest w trakcie renowacji. W pokoju sypialnym przydałaby się szafka bądź komódka.

Najtańsza opcja w Oslo, więc nie miałam jakiś wielkich oczekiwań, ale 12 osób na jedną toaletę?

bardzo blisko stacji centrum, łóżko było czyste i wygodne łatwy kontakt z właścicielem

na 6 pokoi dwuosobowych (12 osób) 1 łazienka z prysznicem (toaleta, prysznic i pralki w jednym pomieszczeniu) nasz pokój (łóżko, kosz na śmieci i lampka- zamiast górnego światła) był na tyle mały, że po wstawieniu naszych małych podręcznych bagaży nie było gdzie postawić nogi lodówka była brudna, a w łazience ciągle mokro bo był otwarty prysznic całe mieszkanie było bardzo duszne i ani w naszym pokoju ani w części wspólnej nie było okna zewnętrznego

This is an apartment which has been split into bedrooms, with shared kitchen and bathroom. Be very aware of the photos, as there are two apartments being rented out in the same street. We received a room in an apartment which had worse standard than shown in the photos here. We did not expect much.... Room was clean but just a bed and a shabby lamp, the kitchen and bathroom not impressive... We were most concerned about fire safety as some electrical installations were poorly done and the lack of exit options if suddenly a fire in the hall outside the apartment etc....

ВЛАСНИК НАКРУЧУЄ ВІДГУКИ!!! Про те що це спільна квартира в якій від 4 до 6 кімнат я дізнався лише в момент заселення. В помешканні йшов ремонт! Все брудне! Підлога брудна, знімати взуття взагалі не можна! На вікні якісь тряпки пропалені цигарками висять, у кімнатах смердить на стільки, що у дружини та дитини кров носом пішла (це серйозно !!!), дитину знудило!!! Двері у кімнату хтось намагався вибити, дверні ручки рипʼять так що чутно коли хтось десь відкриває двері, звукоізоляціі нема взагалі, хтось використовує пральну машину вночі і ти не спиш. Кухня ще мамонтів бачила, які пробігли не прибрали за собою - просто огидно. Цей варіант взагалі нічого не коштує.

Buenas tardes, les escribo porque hemos venido a Oslo mi amiga y yo como teníamos reservado y pagado, y esto es inconcebible e inadmisible, esta todo completamente sucio, el baño sucio,el suelo del baño es asqueroso y llevamos 3 días sin ducharnos, la encimera sucia, las sillas y el salón sucio, nuestra habitación no huele bien, nos ofrecían una habitación con muebles, ventana, y aquí no hay ni muebles ni en ventana, una pequeña “ventana” que da directamente al salón, donde obviamente podemos escuchar todo y apenas podemos dormir. Un espejo enano y un ventilador lleno de pelusas. La vitrocerámica, cafetera y todo lo que se ofrece esta sucio, muy sucio. U ofrecen una solución a todo esto o nos veremos obligadas a tomar medidas más drásticas. Un saludo.

Very bad flat. Disgusting conditions. The floor and the walls were dirty. The kitchen looks very old and dirty. We couldn't stay there and had to book an other hotel. We dont understand how can people rent that. A bit of respect for travelers is a minimum.
