Holiday villa "De Lux" is a newly built villa near the beaches: Alba Chiara Beach, Hotel Belvedere Beach, and sandy beach of Bjeca, BJ 2023, in Medulin in a quiet and central location. The villa offers you a very nice ambience and exclusive facilities. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. In 10 minuter you can reach the harbor promenade (shopping), family park, restaurants and ice cream parlors. All beaches in Medulin can be used free of charge!

- INSIDE: air conditioning in all living rooms and bedrooms, TV, internet, washing machine, internet access (WiFi), bed linen, towels, double sofa bed
- KITCHEN: fitted kitchen, fridge, freezer, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffe machine, kettle, 4-ring hotplate, pots/dishes/cutlery, cheramic hob, oven, vacuum cleaner
- LIVING-DINING ROOM WITH KITCHEN (ground floor): Living area with couch, large flat scerrn TV, kitchenette with dishwasher.
- 5 BATHROOMS: each room has its own bathroom, toilet, shower bath, and bidet, one guest toilet on ground floor
- Loundry room with wasching machine, heating option with the air conditioner.
- OUTSIDE: balcony, balcony furniture, terrace, parking lot, barbecue, small garden, deck chairs, parasols, outdoor shower, pool, private pool, roof terrace
- Pets not allowed

- The property is closed all around. electric gate.
- Private pool: 7 x 4 m. Depth: 1.4 m.
- Sun terrace with free sun loungers and parasols, garden furniture, BBQ, sink and work surface, parking for 2-3 cars.

- The living room alone is 50 square meters, it consists of a living area with a huge flat screen and L-couch and a dining area with a very well equipped kitchen.
- The complete window front to the pool can be opened.

Large fridge-freezer combination, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and much more (further equipment: see above)
