This detached single-family house enjoys a very quiet location in Bispingen, but is nevertheless just 300 metres to the nearest shopping facilities and restaurants.
The main house has an exclusive and high-quality interior that should leave little to be desired. The witch’s house in the garden is charmingly equipped for little witches and magicians to play and spend adventurous nights.
Its living space of around 86m² can accommodate up to four adults and two children, with an exclusive and high-quality interior. The living and dining room provides a pull-out sofa bed for two people (140cm wide), a coffee table, a flatscreen TV with a DVD/CD player, a stereo system and a dining room with chairs. The open kitchen in the same room is equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. You can also find a guest WC and a laundry room. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms await you. One is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), the other with two single beds (90cm wide). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. The highlight of the house is the separate sauna, which you can use free of charge. The owner can provide a highchair, children’s toys and board games for all ages. All the rooms have (underfloor) heating and free Wi-Fi access.
You can look forward to a 9800m² outdoor site, a unique place for nature lovers. Here you will find just two holiday houses 30 metres apart. Right next to the sun terrace, the landlords have set up an approximately 40m² fenced dog run with dog kennel. With two mobile dog fences it can be expanded to a total of approx. 120m². In fine weather, you can enjoy a sociable grill evening on the terrace with a charcoal grill. The terraces are divided by a high screen made of a hazelnut mesh. Several private outdoor car parking spaces are available.
Guests receive free family tickets for the leisure pools in Schneverdingen in the low season. The minimum stay at the accommodation is generally four nights. Upon individual agreement exceptions are possible during booking gaps.
The owners are happy to let the house to guests with dogs that get along well with others. Please note that during your stay other dogs can also spend a holiday on site. It is possible to accommodate up tot wo dogs in the main house. Other pets cannot be accommodated.
Many recreational possibilities are available, which almost require a two-week stay to experience everything, such as the Heidepark Soltau, the Aquamundo leisure pool at the nearby Centerparcs, the Snowdome Bispingen, the Ralf Schumacher carting track and so on. The nearest centre with a café, restaurants and a grocery shop is about 300 metres away.
