A beautiful home within walking distance to both restaurants in town as well as the beach. A great layout for families with the most amazing beach setup: amazing wagons for hauling coolers, chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, boogie boards and all your beach necessities.
A relaxing and enjoyable two weeks in beautiful Captiva!

First the location was perfect! It’s a short 2-3 min walk to the beach at the end of Laika Ln. The beach wagons provided were amazing and easy to pull from the house to beach. Super easy walk. The location on the beach at Laika was beautiful and so convenient. It is very very close to The Mucky Duck, where we were able to walk right over along the beach and get food or drinks throughout the day when needed. Also a close walk to all the restaurants and shops in town, an even quicker ride if you rent bikes, which we did.
The house was super clean and everything was new. Lots of room, it was bigger than we thought it would be. The screened in porch was relaxing and a nice place to have dinner. I definitely recommend this house, it made our vacation amazing and better than we planned!

This is a gem of a house in an amazing location. Our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids including 3 teens) loved it. The downstairs space worked great for the kids though may not work if your children are young. The beach access is amazing. The town is quiet and fun. We are strongly considering coming back.

Location is perfect for beach and Restaraunts. Had all the needed beach equipment and the kitchen was fully stocked. Grill worked great. Game room on bottom floor was great for teens. Plan on being inside in Captiva after 10. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced. Great town. Great beach.

Dancing Dolphin is in a perfect location to do anything in Captiva. It is situated on a quiet private lane and exceptionally close to the beach-wagons are provided to get your stuff there with ease. The property manager was extremely communicative. The first day we had a couple questions and someone came out promptly. The house was spotless, clearly recently painted bright cheerful pastels. The place is a bit quirky but easy to figure out. Note that the downstairs bedroom/office are accessible from the outside only-there are no stairs within the house to reach it. The porch/lanai is terrific and quickly became our favorite spot to relax, read, or watch TV.
