I considered object as a house, but it was an appartment only (my mistake). the location was in the city and it was not mentioned that a busy road is passing the house. So sitting or dining in the garden was not possible due to traffic noise (especially during rush hour).
Appartment doesn't have a dish washer. Check in procedure was unpersonal. I might be old fashioned, but I do expect a personal salutation, explaining the appartment with all functions. Not in place.
New neighbours during last week were very noisy, everything could be heard (music, talking, walking). We just thought to remove to a hotel to get a healthy sleep.
