Villa Lorena Dalmacija
Villa Lorena Dalmatia is located in the oldest Croatian royal town of Nin. Sandy beaches, healing mud, salt fields, rich bird life, rare and endemic plants are the wealth of Nin.
The villa is close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia, Queen’s beach, and is ideal for 8+2 guests. This villa has 4 spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, one with a walk - in shower and the other one with a deluxe massage bathtub ideal for daily relaxation. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything that guests may need during their stay, and a comfortable and harmoniously decorated living room, are perfect for a pleasant gathering with a terrace and a garden area of 620 m2 with trampoline.
In a landscaped garden that is fully fenced, there is a 40 m2 heated swimming pool inside which is a smaller heated 6 m2 pool for children. There are also 4 parking spaces available to guests. Guests will also have four bicycles at their disposal, three for adults and one kids bicycle.
The entire Villa is covered with Wi-Fi internet for a worry-free surfing internet from all rooms. There is a boat at your disposal as well, anchored in port Nin, distanced 1km from the villa. Nin is a town over three thousand years old, a town with a long tradition and a glorious past that abounds in historical sights and a rich gastronomic offer that will surely leave you breathless.
The host has an open speedboat with its equipment length of 6m x 2.5m for 8 people with an outboard engine of 140 hp. Possibility to use with and without skipper with extra charge on request.
