A stunning home, clean, well-stocked, impeccably decorated. Location can't be beat. A very short walk to the beach, close to shopping/restaurants. The little ones loved the pool which is just steps away. Plan to return next year!

Process was easy, communication was great, and house was beautiful, and clean!
Only couple of issues— the shared pool is very small for the amount people staying in these large homes. Washer & Dryer are extremely loud (didn’t need to use it till the day before we left) but the noise is so loud that our son couldn’t sleep in that bedroom or watch TV downstairs.

Pros:
Our family gathered from across the US to meet up here for the 4th. We were very excited and the house & beach were beautiful. The best part was everyone had their own king bed and attached full bathroom. The house itself was quiet between the floors and the outdoor balcony was nice with a view. There was an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach and the beach access to S Wall Street was a short walk. It was great to use VacayZen as referenced by the listing. We were able to get a check in 2 hours early as requested at booking (but notified only same day). Check out we were able to check out 2 hours late
Cons:
Vacayzen for set up it’s not automatic every day by 9 am -5 pm you must get there and stay there for set up (other beaches have set areas with names marked - that’s not the case here)
Bikes we not secured at our check in ( check in had 5/6 bikes) and by morning following check in 2 more were missing. I had time to check the listing and said it was to come with 6 and locked the remaining. I reached out a day later after holiday about them missing thinking the rental company maybe picked them up by mistake and they needed to be brought back. I ended up getting charged over $1,000 for 2 bikes, locks & baskets!Be aware!
At check in floors would turn your feet black and one bathroom still had bodily fluid/residue drops on & around the floor (even though it was signaled to be clean)
The elevator would stop working occasionally and it had to be reset.

We are an annual visitor to the area and this house was really really nice! I loved the decor and the many en suites. It was spacious and comfortable beds and the bikes provided was a great bonus! Quick walk or ride to beach or restaurants and shopping, it was wonderful! The sunset from the top floor was amazing! Great house.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! So spacious with a bathroom for everyone, made getting ready easy! Everything was just as described and we appreciate the great communication from our host! The beach is an easy walk and it’s a great location! Pool was fun and very safe to access for young children (gated, which is what we wanted) and everyone really enjoyed our time here!

We stayed during the week of the 4th of July and had an amazing time. The home was very nicely decorated and plenty of room for our party of 10. We grilled out upstairs where there was a very nice breeze - but be careful not to lock yourself out! We didn't see it until our last day - but there's was a storage room with beach equipment (that may or may not have been allowed to be used so we didn't). The bikes were GREAT to go down to the beach - we used them everyday but did rent a golf cart to help with our items/little kids. You can't park the golf cart by the beach access so we would run a load down and then one person biked back - which was totally fine/very easy because of how close the house was. We could see fireworks from the 4th floor the day before the 4th, which was neat and our family with littles watched from the roof while we all went to the beach to watch them. There is an ice maker in the kitchen which was VERY helpful for filling up small coolers for the beach. We were able to walk to Shades (restaurant) - which was literally one block - for dinner one night, Publix is less than 5 min away, Shaka sushi is super close - so overall a GREAT location! Downtown Rosemary was very close as well! LOVED our stay!

This house has a great set up for multiple families. We had two families plus grandparents, 10 people total. It was great that everyone had their own room and bathroom. We never felt cramped. The elevator was helpful for the grandparents and moving luggage and groceries between floors. We really enjoyed hanging out on the top deck/balcony area. The kitchen was well equipped for meals at home. Short walk to the beach. The house has every beach accessory imaginable: beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and boogie boards. You really don't need to bring anything. The beach chairs are really nice and in great shape. They have back pack straps for carrying to the beach. The house is very bright when the sun comes up. I wish I had packed my eye mask so I could sleep in a bit more. This is a great house for multiple families or a group needing individual rooms.

We choose the house for the location and size. We had large family gathering with everyone coming from different places. House was a perfect fit for us and we enjoyed our stay. Beach was a short walk and restaurants and shops were a short drive, walk or bike ride.

Had the best time at this house, it’s so perfect for large groups or families! We had 5 kids and everyone was so happy with the play room, spacious floors, individual bathrooms and proximity to the beach! Would def recommend! Heather was an amazing host!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. Everything about the house is great.
5 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, 3 family rooms, a beautiful view on the 4th floor balcony, bikes to use, a quick walk to the beach were just some of our favorites about this property. Heather is wonderful to work with and is so accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

This home was just as pretty as the pictures portrayed it. We had 11 adults at the home and used every bedroom and bathroom as well as a pullout couch. The pullout was not wonderful for young adults, but may be adequate for younger kids. The beds and baths were very comfortable. We also played foosball, rode the bikes, borrowed the beach chairs and wagon and used the grill and elevator. We found the common space (kitchen and family room to accommodate us well. The ice machine is very handy. The kitchen had most things we needed, but could use a few more casserole dishes, maybe a crockpot and dish towels! We reached out for a few things and found the host to be very responsive. It was an easy walk to the beach and a few nearby restaurants. Multiple grocery stores were close as well as additional shopping (Panama City Beach and Seaside). We also had 3 vehicles and there was parking for all of us. Great accommodations overall!

We had the best time at this property. The house was beautiful and with a large group (12 girls) having four floors was so nice. The walk to the beach was short, and the location of the home was unbeatable! We hope to come back in the future!

We had the best stay! Heather made check-in a breeze, she was always quick to communicate and answer any questions! The house has basically everything you need, other than beach towels. Great location, short walk/bike ride to the beach or into Rosemary. The beach access doesn’t have parking, which is great because it’s not as crowded as other parts. The house comes with adult bikes, a wagon, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, pretty much everything you need for the beach. We were three families sharing the house and everyone had plenty of room. It’s great that each floor has it’s own bathroom as well. We really had a wonderful stay and made great memories with our family and friends! Thank you Heather for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation house along 30A! We traveled with our family of 10 (parents, kids, grandparents) and loved every part of this home. My parents LOVED the downstairs bedroom with en suite. In fact, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom - loved that! My husband and I stayed on the 2nd floor (same level as the kitchen and 2nd floor common area) and that was convenient for going right into the kitchen to prepare meals for the family, etc. There was so much that we loved so maybe a bulleted list will be best here.
Other things we loved:
- The elevator (Made getting the luggage and groceries to the upper levels seamless!)
- The large laundry room on the 1st level
- The beautiful kitchen and dining area - enough space for everyone to sit together and eat. Kitchen stocked with every dish, utensil, pot and pan we needed.
- Board games for the kids | Foosball table on 1st floor
- Spacious parking for both our cars
- 5 bikes in front of the house
- Quick walk to the beach - walk straight down the street on the side of the house
- Swimming pool in front of the house
- Appropriately quiet area
- Great location - located at the junction of Inlet Beach & Rosemary Beach
- Alexa.....the kids loved playing music through the Amazon Alexa device on the 2nd floor

First time in the Rosemary beach area and our stay could not have been more enjoyable. The condo is absolutely amazing. Very spacious and only a short walk to the beach. Very clean upon arrival and fully stocked with everything you may need, including games. The shopping area is also just a short drive or bike ride away. Location was perfect. There is a gas station/convenience store 50 steps away and a Publix a couple of miles down the road. I would highly recommend both the condo and renting from Heather. Communication was excellent.
