Great place. My friends and I loved it. Reviews have been mixed. It seems that details are being taken care of over time. I messaged the host twice, asking if it was okay to arrive a little early. After no reply, I called Vrbo and was given the host’s number. He responded quickly to a couple of texts. The day before our trip, I texted again, and left a voice message, as one of my friends was concerned about reviews. Granted, this was just before the trip; but the host never responded. So his communication was good at first, and then nonexistent, besides sending entry details via Vrbo the day of the trip. We noted that there are no instructions on the listing about taking care of linens and towels when departing, about garbage and recycling (and the outside garbage was full), how to use the televisions, etc. It would be useful to have more information on such things. The lock to the sliding door to the deck was completely nonfunctional; it should be an easy fix for a locksmith, and having dowels for both sliding doors would be good. We weren’t too worried, as one would otherwise need to get through or over the locked wooden gate to access the house, or get onto the deck from the water. We had chosen this place in part because it has air conditioning. Fortunately, the weather was not too hot, as the AC unit in one bedroom rattled so loudly that it would be impossible to sleep with it running. We truly did enjoy our stay and would definitely return.

Great place to kick back and enjoy the waves and coastal breeze. Communication with the host was lacking and the kitchen supplies were minimal but that would not stop me from being a regular guest.

Loved the front deck right over the water. Heard the waves splashing all night. ☺️

Our husbands had to mop the whole house due to stickiness on the floor. The alley door and house door batteries were dead, so we had to replace them. We tried to contact Chandler, but he was not responsive. There is a furry critter who lies under the dryer so do leave that door open or food out. Bring utensils, lighter for the BBQ, and propane for the firepit. Parking is a 8 min walk from the location. You do not have any dedicated spots. The sliders do not close easily. But it is right on the water and you may fish off the patio. Looks nice on the inside and there are pots and pans. Good location or local wineries. Highly recommend Vino Godfather which is about 20 mins away.

The place is cool to stay at—the neighborhood you have to go through to get to it not so much. There could be more attention to detail on a few things. There was one spoon, no cutting board, and all other VRBOs I have been to have had basics like ziploc bags and such. I couldn't find dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher when we left. There were broken stools that I am not sure why they weren't just discarded. Views were great and overall it was clean!

The property is well maintained, with a spectacular water view.
Property management was attentive, responsive, and very detail-oriented; could not have asked for more.
The only negative is the parking, as it's an issue, as you have to park off the property far away on a very dark street.

Love the property. Will definitely recommend. Could not figure out how to use the tv. No real communication with host.

This was our 3rd stay and everything was great. House was clean and adequately stocked for our needs, views and deck were amazing, and the sound of the water lapping under the house combined with comfy beds made for a good night's sleep.

This place was amazing! It was clean and very well maintained. The host communicated very promptly. Really cool spot if you are wanting to get to SF! The ferry is right there and it’s incredibly easy to get to and from, from the property. I will be staying here again anytime I need to stay near SF!

We were in town for a conference in Napa, since we were late for the room block, we decided to get a place near by. I was impressed and thought about returning with my family for a few day trip. The water is and Mountain Views from the deck are immaculate! We loved the all around deck and wish we had an extra day off after work to enjoy it! As we had leave early and arrived after 6-7pm each day. I would definitely love to rent this place again.

Oh where to start. Great location and amazing view but no paper towels, no toilet paper, no garbage bags. 3 coffee makers be t no pots. No dishes to use, all were left on the counter or in sink. Couldn’t tell what was dirty or clean. Items left in the refrigerator. Molded food on plate in the microwave. No smoking must be a suggestion, because we smelled cannabis. Sheets on one bed were wet. Cameras everywhere, no privacy. Water hose left stretched out on deck, fall hazard. Neighborhood questioned who we were and what we were doing there. All private property and were told this place should not be rented out. We did take pictures when we arrived to prove this.
