Great, good bed & hot shower. Close to shops. Property owner is a top bloke.

My stay was for 28 days visiting Family and sight seeing. This property is in a good location, close to bus routes and local shops. The bed is a comfy double,built in Wardrobes sufficient for my needs. I had access to all amenities, kitchen, Utility room TV lounge and shared bathroom and toilet ( as the host lives in). The host was very helpful and friendly which added an extra dimention to my stay. I Would definately stay again. My one issue re comms from the agent is ... I wasn't given the address until my flight left London. This caused problems filling in the arrivals card at Perth upon landing as they want to know where one is staying. This added 45 minutes exiting the airport. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
