The hotel was run very unprofessionally and unsafe for the guests!

Modern, clean and new!

We were given a room with a broken television and the girl at the desk was the only one on so couldn’t come to get it going. We had to check out an alternative room’s television on our own after going down to the desk for the key. The room was much further from the elevator etc than our first room. Then since that room’s television did work we had to pack up all our stuff and move to that room. It was most annoying and certainly a safety issue to have only one staff person at the hotel with many guests to take care of. If there had been a real emergency it would have been a disaster!

Comfortable stay.

Clean,.tidy with a European feel. Comfortable bed.

No greek yoghurt for breakfast. Electricity is on in rooms without the use of your door card. A waste of electricity and not in tune with environmental world policies.

New hotel with friendly staff and convenient location.

New property very convenient to interstate. Friendly helpful staff, super clean hotel.

$6.00 for a small bag of potato chips whose “Best by” date was a month ago was off putting. Breakfast was good, but stopping breakfast service at 9:00 am is inconvenient for guests.

What we were looking for.

Convenient, upbeat, efficient friendly staff, clean.

Soap/shampoo rubber tube dispensers are terrible. Understand need/ want to be environmentally conscious but thieve are very poor solution.

Room was very nice.

The Pet policy was not clear upfront on Booking.Com. Expect an additional $75 bucks for up to two pets after you’ve made the non-refundable reservation.

Fresh and clean with easy check-in.

This particular Tru is only a few months old. The lobby and the rooms felt fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful.

loved the hotel stay. we were NOT happy with the exorbitant pet "friendly" charge

friendly check in. great location off the highway, clean, new.

the charge for a small, perfectly trained dog was exorbitant. the room cost $134 and the dog cost $75. this is NOT pet friendly!

Best weekend anniversary trip ever!

We lived how our room had my name on the TV welcoming us into it. We loved how quiet it was considering it was close by to an interstate. We also loved how no matter what when we entered the room it smelled soooooooo good.

We were a little disappointed that there was not a microwave in the room but other than that that would be all.

We love Tru by Hilton!

The beds are so comfortable! We usually try and find a Tru By Hilton hotel when we are needing to go out of town. The rooms are so clean and cool looking. The bathroom is very clean and spacious! My kids love the downstairs where they can hang out and play games.

Just a couple of things, but they wouldn't keep us from staying in the future. 1. Lack of storage space 2. Microwave in the room (I know there is one downstairs)

Great experience

The hotel was great. The team there went above and beyond to accommodate us. My son met us the 2nd day and they conveniently switched us to two queens. The people there were very kind and thoughtful. You can tell they like working with one another.

Great, clean, restful place to stay.

Great breakfast with hot and cold options. Particularly appreciated proteins (eggs, sausage) in addition to carbohydrates (pancakes, cereal, baked items). I don't drink coffee, but the coffee station received high praise from the group of morning guests gathered around it.

The hydration station on our floor only dispensed ice, and not water. Had to go to ground floor to refill water bottles. A minor inconvenience, though, and not a major complaint.

It was very nice, fresh, and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy access off the interstate.

A little more lighting on the right side of the bed would have been nice. The left side of the bed had good lighting.
