Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, um die Insel Lipari zu entdecken.

Wir reisen seit einiger Zeit auf die Liparischen Inseln und konnten so die dortigen Mietunterkünfte kennenlernen. Diese Herberge hat ein ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Man bekommt ein Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile und einem grossen Wohn/Esszimmer, sowie einer geräumigen Aussenterrasse mit toller Aussicht. Wer nicht kochen will, besucht das gleich nebenan gelegene Gasthaus, des von derselben Familie betrieben wird. Herr Nino, der Manager, ist super hilfsbereit und immer bereit zu einem Schwatz. Der Betrieb hat auch verstanden, dass sie oberhalb von Lipari gelegen einen Abholdienst anbieten müssen, der die Gäste am Hafen in Empfang nimmt. Man ist von dieser Herberge aus auch schnell auf der Westseite der Insel, die eine der besten Wandergegenden Liparis ist (St. Calogero). Wer die Insel Lipari entdecken will, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Evtl. Roller oder E-bike mieten, damit man unabhängiger ist.

Wie immer in Sizilien, das Frühstück. Ich verstehe nicht, weshalb die Betreiber morgens nicht jemand losschicken können, um in der nächstgelegenen Panetteria frisches Brot zu holen. Zum Abendbrot klappt es doch mit dem Brot. Weshalb nicht zum Frühstück? Mittlerweile bringe ich mein eigenes Brot zum Frühstück mit.

Appartements mit Pool und schönem Ausblick und sehr lieben Menschen!

Die Residence liegt etwas abseits in den Bergen, was aber kein Problem ist, da es einen Shuttle Service gibt. In ca. 10min ist man mit dem Auto am Hafen. Nino ist so gut wie immer zu erreichen :) Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, toller Blick vom Balkon und wirklich sehr sehr familiär und unglaublich freundlich. Das Restaurant serviert abends am Pool gutes Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit täglich frischen warmen Croissants und leckerem Kaffee, sehr lecker. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is a wonderful place to stay in a very beautiful and quiet location. The staff and accommodation are excellent. The swimming pool and dining area with a panoramic view is a fabulous feature. Highly recommended.

Perfect place!

To be honest, this accommodation was a relief after a series of problematic ones for similar cost per night. Everything worked great (wi-fi, shower, doors, windows, gas cooker etc.) and every tiny detail was well thought through: e.g. wall chargers are available everywhere in all rooms, shower holder worked perfect, the water was flowing nice, hot water came immediately, size of the shower is larger than usual, shower door could be closed properly so that no water leaked (very rarely the case, right?), towel holders, large sink, well enough and clean place for tooth brushes etc., large built-in refrigerator, large preparation desk in kitchen, huge kitchen and dining area for 6 persons plus 2 sofas as extra to watch TV, still enough space to dance even Vienna waltzer :). All doors and windows are of high quality. Easy to close and they all close perfect. Beds are very comfy, holds perfect. Air-con in each room that can be regulated with same remote control. Someone was very smart with planning and fit out. The owner and his family are brilliant people, pro-actively helped us out! Was truly amazing and we are very thankful to them. All in all, could not wish for more for this amount of money.

We booked only 3 nights and had to leave for home, thus could not prolong our stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. Free transfer from/to Lipari on time. Help with car renting and ferry information. We received very good tips about what to see within the Lipari island and where are the best places for sunset. We had apartment with 2 teraces and amazing view on Vulcano. Tasty breakfast with local cheese/fruit.

The family of Nino and himself make you feel welcome and at home. This place is 10/10 and the attitude of the owners adds even extra points. They also pick you up from the port for free. Can't believe that for that price I also had an apartment with a view - it was the best place to work remotely. Thank you!

A great experience

I have no words to express how good we felt here. Although the location is a little far from the city centre, the view you have from the location is gorgeous, and Mr Nino is always available to take you by car through the beautiful places in Lipari. And besides that, he is always available to help you with anything you need. Also, the rest of the staff at the accommodation unit always helped us. And besides that, the food served at their restaurant is very good. I and my friend being vegetarian, had a very pleasant culinary experience. The room we stayed in was very big and clean, with everything we needed. For sure, if we come back to Lipari, we will stay here again.

The host Nino and his daughter were great and brought us everywhere we wanted to go. Great! The hotel is a little bit out of range of beaches and Lipari city. But supermarket was on walking distance. Food was good. Swimming pool only allowed with swimming caps provided by the hotel. Views from the balcony and pool are great. Breakfast is fine. Waiters are very kind.

Wonderful stay with wonderful staff

Eolian residence was beyond our expectations. We had a lovely stay and we are truly grateful for the amazing moments. Room was comfortable with a great air conditioning! facilities of the property were wonderful! the pool with the view is really something. Restaurant was delicious!! as well as a great morning breakfast. Location is a bit far but is not a problem as the transfer service works super well. anytime we could call Nino or Ivan and they would pick us up with a smile. we felt special with such a warm staff! Mariângela and everybody that works there are sweethearts. I recommend this stay 100% and it was one of the best hotels we have ever been!

Wonderful!

The place is very clean, with a beautiful view and the staff is really cozy and nice. If you don’t have a car, it’s a bit outside of the city. But they have also a shuttle service. It was a wonderful stay!

Best place for Honeymoon!

What a fantastic staff! I've nowhere else experienced such a fantastic hospitality. The Eolian Residence is a family run business with passion. It is located on a hill with beautiful panorama from the room (you can see it on the attached picture). My wife and me went there on Honeymoon and they did everything for our comfort, among others: we went on a sunset tour with Nino and we had the possibility to join a holy mess with him, and we got a champaign and flower to our room! The food in the restaurant (called Three Dolphins) was more than perfect, flower and candy was on our table too :). Even though the residence is not in Lipari city or at the beach, there was always someone to take us or pick us up to/from the harbour. Our ferry was cancelled on the last day so we had to spend one more day, fortunately we could stay one more night. The staff helped us a lot with the rebookings (rented car, ferry ticket) and we could spend another beautiful day in Eolian Residence. We want to go back!

They offer a Free Transfer to any part of Lipari in just a few minutes, felt very welcome and have a good restaurant including a good Italian breakfast. The residence is very peacefully overlooking la Bella vista//view di Volcano and make sure you are satisfied.

The Eolian Residence is a magic place immersed in the nature of the island and overlooking the beautiful city of Lipari. The residence is perfect for those who are looking to stay in a peaceful and relaxing environment, just a short distance (10mins) from the crowded center. The apartments, the garden, the restaurant and terrace are very well maintained and clean. The panoramic terrace with swimming pool is awesome, both for enjoying a typical dinner in front of an enchanting panorama, or just to take a swim surrounded by nature. Finally, the owner. Nino is one of the most kind and generous person we have ever met. He made our stay at the Eolian Residence a truly amazing experiences. This holiday wouldn’t have been the same without his tips, his drives around the island and in places known only to locals, and his company! He loves what he does and most of all he loves people! Book your stay at the Eolian Residence, for a real immersive experience!

Very welcoming staff

Very friendly staff, excellent facilities with good breakfast. Free shuttle to Lipari Town is great. We booked this last minute for one night because our ferry was cancelled and we were stuck on Lipari. The welcome we received was very warm and made us feel at home.
