If you like unfriendly staff and not getting what you pay for come to this place.

Everything. According to booking.com I should have been able to check in 12am till 11:59 pm. I tried to check in around 1 pm but I was refused a room by the receptionist. I had paid up front, So this was a total loss of money as I ended up going somewhere else. I was also refused a restroom. Very unkind to someone that has already paid upfront!!! Total waste of money ! Want my money back but I'm pretty sure it won't be easy with this shady place.

Located next to fair grounds.

The receptionist rude, asked for toilet paper and got an attitude. The night guy was super nice but the female during day was not nice.

don't stay!!!

Please do not stay in this hotel, I paid for about 1 month and left the hotel a week later. The water was cut off at the hotel, I can't say anything else. I complained everywhere and waited for them to refund my money. They made a false statement on the BBB website that they would refund my money, but they never did. I couldn't take it back.. If you go you will see bedbugs, insects and dirty sheets.. It is a really terrible hotel.. I have videos and photos, I can share them if anyone wants.

Dangerous. Stay away

the first day i check in a THIEF WENT INSIDE MY ROOM my room from the back door. fortunately i hide my laptop because i had the feeling. the back door was open (lockers was removed from inside).. Many very bad people walk outside in the parking. No one from managemet talk to me and apologize. All has been completely ignored as it is usually happen in this place. Dangerous place and rude staff in reception. i can say, the lady in the reception is the only one normal person in this hotel.

The Wi-Fi never worked. The shower was either hot or cold. He couldn’t adjust it so he could take a shower. The door was so old and the weatherstripping was really bad and you could see light around the door. The window tent was peeling off of the windows and it looked really shabby.

Disappointed and I feel scammed; prices & availability of sofa beds are misleading.

I like that there was heat and that they didn't charge a $175 deposit like they have in the past

I bought a king suite with the sofa bed. Got to the room and there was no sofa bed, only 1 king bed & 2 chairs. When I went to the lobby and asked if they ran out and that's possibly why I got the room that I did and he said that non of the rooms had sofa beds due to them either being broken or bed bugs. When I said I paid more to have a sofa bed so that my teenage son could have his own bed, the lobby personnel proceeded to tell me that all the rooms were the same price- which is false. FALSE ADVERTISING! This hotel needs to stop promoting they have sofabeds when they in fact don't and should have ALL the rooms be the same price since that's what the employee said. Also, too many "mysterious" stains on the carpet and chairs and The room light kept turning on and off on its own.

i didnt stay, the room was dirty and not the renovated room from the picture. went to diff motel.

the room was completely different from the pictures. i arrived late at night so i was put at the back of the motel, which i guess is still being renovated but being booked under the renovated room photos, which is assume are on the front part of the hotel, or the hotel next door, not sure where the photos are from. there was no couch in the room even though there was space for one, cigarette burns on the chairs and carpet, old school 90s tv, the shower had a drooping curtain rod so the curtain dipped into the middle, getting water on the floor when taking a shower. there were no exterior lights on the whole building, i arrived at about 11pm. there was a man with no shirt standing in his doorway the whole time. there was a person rumaging thru the garbage cans outside. you get what you pay but that was ridiculous. i took a shower, packed up my stuff, and left about 30 mins after arriving. unfortunately i was just needing to get out of there as i felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. i left the key in the room and unfortunately also booked non-refundable.

TERRIBLE!

Nothing! This place is a dump. There was drugs and people where doing them outside. I was there for 4 days and the only thing housekeeping did was take the trash out and give me clean towels. There were cocroaches. My toilet backed up. Just a very nasty place. One morning a man was standing outside in the parking lot in just a towel, it was 39° outside.

I explained it all in the previous box.

I finally liked the room upstairs I have been here for over 7 days and had to move four times to get a comfortable room!

The first couple of rooms that I was in first of all I did not reserve a handicap room and they put me in a handicap room with a walk-in shower when I was supposed to get a garden tub. The room reminded me of a hospital stay! Then there were things moving around in the room and it was like a parasite or something inside of the room. I took a video of it and showed the manager and they just shrugged their shoulders and said they can move me tomorrow! That is not very thoughtful I was very uncomfortable inside that room room 179! Since they've moved me to 285 I have felt a little bit better. Although I have to go downstairs to have my dog use the bathroom this room is more comfortable. It does not have a stove top like it shows in the picture and that is what I paid for they offered to bring me a hot plate. They're also is not a sofa bed as described in the booking description! It says that there are two beds in this suite and there are not! They said they took the sofa beds out years ago. That would have been nice to have updated on the website. Nothing has been comped to me for all of these problems.
