Six rooms with TV, two rooms with two single beds, and four bedrooms with four double beds offer you complete comfort, also, if you need another bed, you can use a sofa bed (160x200) ideal for two persons. The villa also has 6 ensuite bathrooms with showers, and additional facilities that will surely be of great help are a washing machine and iron, and two additional separate toilets.
Beautifully decorated kitchen, dining room with dining table for 8 people, and a large living room with sofa and TV allow you to enjoy and cook in intimacy with your family, trying new recipes in the Istrian tradition, or watching your favourite series and movies. For those who lead an active life and are fans of sports and exercise, they have the opportunity to exercise in a separate room in Villa Medulin 2, where there is a basic exercise equipment.
The pool of 26 m2 allows you to cool off during the day or night in complete privacy because the villa Medulin 2 and it is completely fenced. On 6 deck chairs you can relax and enjoy sunbathing, and during your stay you can use the outdoor grill.
The villa offers 5 parking spaces within its yard. As additional entertainment for those looking for adrenaline, with an advance payment, there is also the possibility of renting a boat Sessa key Largo 26 for a maximum of 6 people for 6 hours, which includes a private skipper.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 28 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
