Awakened by fire alarm at about 12:30 am. Unable to reach desk. Alarmed for about 5 minutes. Finally reached desk after getting dressed. False alarm. Took 2 hours to get back to sleep.

In town for a weekend of Braves games. Friendly front dest staff, clean and quiet room. Walking distance to several places to eat and a target. Safe neighborhood, and easy Lyft/uber to The Battery.

The hotel checked no one in until 45 minutes after what they said was the check-in time - which was an hour after what Hotels.com said was the check-in time. When we finally got a room, there was a man in the bed watching TV. We left.

Checkin on Wednesday started at 4. Although it shows 3 on Expedia. The next day people were cheching in at 3. I guess it just depends on staffing. Every day i had to go.to front desk to reset my door key. There is no quiet business office to do any work.

In town for Philly vs Atlanta game. 4 th trip. Best by $ , comfort, location to field .. Of course it’s not the Westin.. but we learned this is what we need and we will stay there again.. They gave us a connection for a ride back and forth to the game .. extra time at the Battery! Awesome service!

Not a good experience! Nothing at the hotel was complimentary not even a cup of water. You even had to pay for the coffee you made downstairs. Refrigerator didn’t work and I couldn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water. Probably won’t be booking again.

Check-in very unaccomadating. Wanted to blame Expedia. Told me Albert Beard called and cancelled. I heard that line 25 years ago in L.A. then said my pet was a $75 fee. When web site says it’s $50. We will see in the morning

Cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in a while! I wanted to take the bed and comforter home with me it was like sleeping in a cloud! The check in process could’ve went smoother but the new manager is working on that she had said!

The overnight front desk staff was very friendly and told me exactly where to park for convenience to my room. Plenty of parking for EVs. The kitchen area is nice and comes furnished with dishes and cookware as well. The bathroom was very large and is filled with all Dove products. Only issue was the trash wasn't taken out and the fridge had an open drink inside.

I didn’t really want to give a bad review. Staff was super nice and the room was awesome. I just have one thing that really made it miserable. Our AC in the room did not work. The first night we went down to the desk and asked if someone could come look at it and they said maintenance will be right up. He never came. I am someone that can’t absolutely sleep in the heat! We ended up having to ask the next day two more times for them to look at it. It did finally got fixed, but that first night and half was miserable.

The first night I was there someone tried to come into my room at 12:20 am. I was already nervous being by myself out of town then that happened. When I went to my door it was still cracked, I did have the flip open for extra protection for door. I went up front and stated someone tried to come into my room and the desk clerk stated "that was me I was doing room checks". I'm not sure why staff would do room checks that early in the morning. I then went back to my room and barricaded the door with the chair in room and slept in chair because I was scared. The next night I still barricaded door again just because I didn't feel safe.

The location is walkable to truist park. The hotel doesn’t provide cleaning services or daily fresh towels. They didn’t notify us of this upon check in. The set up of the room was strange. The hotel was generally clean and updated.
