Jestem bardzo zadowolony Leszek

Przepyszne urozmaicone śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu, cisza, małe ale fajne obiekty odnowy biologicznej: dwa rodzaje sałen - sucha i parowa, grota solna oraz dobre jacuzzi. Jak komuś mało wysiłku w górach to może dotrenować się na trenażerach. Położenie blisko tras pieszych oraz Przemiły i uczynny personel.

Na prawdę wszystko w należytym porządku

Viihtyisä hotelli hyvällä sijainnillaĺ

Viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli kävelymatkan päässä mm. Zakopanen kävelykadusta. Erittäin mukava pieni spa-osasto, jossa oli perinteinen sauna, höyrysauna, suolahuonen ja poreamme/jacuzzi. Hyvä yksinkertainen aamupala. Viimeisenä aamuna saatiin aamupalaboxit matkaan kun lähtö oli ennen aamupalan virallista alkamista :)

Omaan makuun sänky ja tyyny oli liian pehmeät.

Przemiła obsługa, ciepłe i czyste pokoje.

Nie działająca suszarka lub działająca przez 3 min bo się przegrzewała.Wynoszenie i segregacja śmieci przez gościa.Nie było room service, wiec co jakiś czas samemu trzeba było wynosić śmieci.Śniadania mogłyby być troche bardziej urozmaicone; np opcja zrobienia tosta.Kawa parzona nie była wymieniana w słoiczku długo, bo smak był tego dowodem.Express do kawy jeden ,co powodowało kolejkę na śniadaniu i nie wszystkim gościom to pasowało gdyż czas oczekiwania na zrobienie kawy przez express był długi.Ogòlnie cena wysoka w stosunku do tego co oferowano.

Very good

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location is great. It is very close to Krupowki, the main street in the area. The bus stop to Morskie Oko, Kasprowy Wierch and other attractions of the Tatra National Park is across the street of the hotel. There are convenience stores about 5 minutes walk. it has a free parking.

Exceptional

As the biggest advantage I consider the location and cleanliness of the accommodation. Staff was very helpful and friendly, providing useful information about local transport/tips for trips etc. The spa area consists of sauna, salt chamber, steam and spacious jacuzzi - spa needs to be booked at least 1 hour in advance, but we haven't experienced any difficulties with that. Breakfast was excellent! We trully recommend this accommodation.

Very good

Very nice place to stay in my opinion. Room was nice and comfortable and breakfast also quite good. Hotel also had a exceptionally good sauna/bathing area (had e.g. jacuzzi, salt room and steam room). Staff also nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay in here.

I'll come back, for sure my place in Zakopane.

Everything was exelente specially the staff from reception, Martin, Andrew,Karolina and the others.

No fan or AC but I opened the window and sleep well. Maybe the cups in the room bigger.

Loved this place and would stay here again.

The location was great -near activities. The staff was extremely helpful. Great breakfast. Parking good. Price good. Very clean and well-kept. Beautiful building with nice porches.

Wheelchair access was difficult but doable since my wife can manage a reasonable number of stairs. More electrical outlets for charging would be nice.

Great Facilities and lovely staff

staff were lovely very helpful. Facilities (sauna, hot tub etc.) were incredible to have after a day of Skiing. Breakfast was also nice

went in peak season so was a bit pricey for a two person room. Shower also needs renovating, shower head didn’t work well and there were a few leaks. However the one in the spa was lovely!

The location was good, close to center. it’s a small town, you can to everywhere. the room was clean.

The single bed was very small, (and then I’m a small girl) couldn’t sleep very well (for three nights!) because a barley fitted. the fridge in the room, it sounded like sleeping next to a big loud machine. had to unplug it, too noisy. also, breakfast was quite poor, and staff seem to know very little about the hikes in the area.

the location was good and the staff was nice

it had old furniture, the moquette was stained amd we couldn’t dry our clothes because there was not heating in the room ( yes it was august but there were 15 degrees and it rained a lot)

For those who have no car and plan to visit High Tatras, otherwise book 4 stars for 10-15 euros more

Location

Breakfast starts at 8.00 or even 8.30. So my hiking plans were affected.

excelent stay

very friendly staff. We loved the place so much, that we decided to extend our stay. Lady at the reception was ultra helpfull. Beds and rooms are spacious and in very goid condition. This place from now, definitely will be our favourite place in Zakopane.

I wouldn’t recommend it as the basics like door lock didn’t work and the SPA didn’t follow any health and safety rules.

Staff was quite nice and the location isn’t too far from Krupowki.

Our door was broken, we couldn’t lock it. The SPA was quite dangerous, the floor was very slippery. The TV in our room didn’t work either.

Clean, nice, cozy apartment in a beautiful environment.

The apartment is in the very beautiful environment of Zakopane town, an easy, 10 min walk from the city centre. The residence is perfect, the room is clean and comfy and there is a huge wellness area with a jakuzzi, sauna, steam bath, a salt room, and also some training equipments. They try to schedule people seperately to keep the wellness experience private, if possible. At first night we were only two of us. The breakfast is also good, there is a big variety of cold meat, cheese, pastry. Overall, we were totally satisfied, I recommend this place.

The table and chairs in the room were a bit small compared to a size of a person.
