Nordstu is home to Angus cows and rabbits. The farm extends over extensive farmland.
The municipality of Stor-Elvdal is above all a paradise for nature, hunting and fishing enthusiasts. It offers a range of leisure activities in both winter and summer. There is a disc golf course, various hiking trails, hunting opportunities, fishing in the river or in the various lakes. There is something for everyone, so you can visit Tekna Park, a nearby cinema and motocross track as well as the second largest moose statue in the world.
