This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. We had a lovely time. This house is beautiful and very well kept. It was clean and had plenty of space for our entire group to have plenty of room to themselves while also having great common rooms for us all to enjoy together time. The location is great. We walked to dinners, to the gondola, and loved shopping around main st. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful, modern home that worked out perfectly for our trip…three groups were able to split up and sleep in different areas of the house…
Great location; within walking distances to restaurants, shops and different activities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our summer stay in this lovely, clean, and well-appointed house in Breckenridge.

Great location for our multi-generational family of 9 which included 4 preschoolers. House is close to downtown, across the street from Carter Park and very close to the Railroad Park and Ice Arena. We booked the property based on 4bdrms located on the main and upper levels. We were delighted to find two additional bedrooms and a small full bathroom in the laundry room located on the lower level. Also, kitchen equipment and dinner ware allowed us to eat in every meal during our week long stay. Plenty of room for preschoolers to play and adults to relax.

Loved this house for Colorado summer! Location was ideal - we walked everywhere - shops, restaurants, grocery store, gondola, and there is a huge playground and hiking trails across the street. Kids used the hot tub in the backyard daily. No AC but didn’t need it in July. House was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Next trip to Breck, we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely, well equipped home, conveniently located. The check in instructions were not accurate. The property manager did not respond to my inquiries.

Had a lovely Christmas stay. House had plenty space for our group of 11. Location was perfect to be able to walk into town anytime. There are stairs two houses away that takes you directly down to Main Street. We checked our skis at the base because the walk to the lift from the house is exhausting with boots and skis. Communication with property manager was difficult. Emails went unanswered. My questions were not emergencies; however, it would have been nice to get replies.

We had a great visit to Breckenridge for Thanksgiving. The home is conveniently located 2 blocks from main street, close to a city park with a sledding hill and close to bus access to the gondola.
The house is very clean and had everything we needed for our gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and basics were provided including starter coffee, some spices, paper towels, etc.

I organized a girls trip to Colorado in August and we stayed in this beautiful property. It was clean and well stocked and the location could not have been more perfect. 2 blocks off of the main street- so easy to get around town, no need to drive. I am hoping to come back here in the winter to ski!!

This was a wonderful home that accommodated our family of seven. Best location! Just blocks from Main st with all the shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful and well appointed for anything you might need. It is just a short walk to Main Street which was so convenient.

We will be back.

We loved staying in this home. We were a group of friends that hadn't seen each other in quite some time, and this was the perfect setup for a fun long weekend. The location couldn't have been better (we were able to walk to and from Peak 9), the house was clean and the layout was perfect for a handful of couples. We will definitely be coming back!

We went for a long ski weekend and really enjoyed the time! The house was in the perfect location and had plenty of room. 6 full bedrooms and then definitely room to sleep a few more. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a client event in Breck (ski day) and needed to put some people up for the night. This house was perfect! Walking distance to everything (including the skiing). It was clean, well equipped and a beautiful house. I would highly recommend and will stay there again.

Great trip. Amazing location - we shuttle from the airport and walk everywhere. Lift, grocery store and restaurants are all close by. The house is very clean and well equipped. Carlos is a great host - we have stayed at his listings for 3 years and are already looking to book next year!

Our group consisted of 6 adults and a 16 month-old. The house was pretty much everything we could have hoped for. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space for all of us. I would definitely rent this house again.
I did, however, have a few minor issues that I hope management will address for future tenants:
1) Each bedroom had a humidifier, but NONE of them worked. Functioning humidifiers are essential in Colorado and it was very disappointing that none of the 5 that were in the house did anything other than blow out air (in a 24 hour period the fans ran but no mist came out).
2) Two of the ground floor bedrooms were missing the ceiling mounted smoke detectors. The spots where they were supposed to be had the wires out in the open.
3) I would suggest that a second house key be made available to guests.

This property location was wonderful and exactly as advertised! It was a short walk to the ski lifts, and it was just a flight of stairs above one of my favorite shop complexes in Breckenridge so it only took 2 minutes to walk there! With a garage plus driveway and a market just around the corner we didn't even really end up needing to drive the whole time except for one extra car that we had a friend come up in. In this case the host had provided some tips for nearby parking so that was very helpful in this scenario. The house was very clean and a breeze to check into so that was nice after driving in from crested butte a few hrs away. Everyone had plenty of space and there were several bathrooms for the number of bedrooms so we absolutely loved having those for having a bathroom always available in a large group. Highly recommend this location to any wanting to visit Breckenridge and be able to just walk around the town for all needs during your stay!

Great communication with property manager who was always available for help. Also, the place was awesome and very close to the base of the mountain and other eating properties.

Our group had the most wonderful time in this VRBO! It’s walking distance from everything which is awesome. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

House was great. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, 9 of us stayed in this house and there was room for more. Perfect location to walk to the ski lifts or into town. Also close to the grocery store which was very convenient. Would definitely return here in the future.

Fantastic location and home.

If you have a chance to rent this house, do it. It was perfect. Clean, updated, spacious, excellent location and top notch communication from the manager.
