Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor at Sea Sands Condos. It is just steps from the community swimming pool, and guests can use the Coral Cay boardwalk to get to and from the beach. It has been nicely renovated with new flooring, a beautiful kitchen, plantation shutters and much more.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and flat screen TV.

This unit comes equipped with cable television. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar that opens into the living area, and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, wine chiller, dishwasher and other kitchen essentials.
The living room has a large window and opens up onto a covered, private patio area perfect for relaxing and taking in the Port A weather. The complex also has a community laundry facility and free wireless internet.

If you are a fisherman, there is ample parking for a boat (bay boats, no large or offshore boats), and the in-town location means you are just minutes from all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Port Aransas has to offer!
Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Parking is not assigned and first come, first served.
WINTER TEXAN RATE. November 1-March 1 at $1700 monthly + fees.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.

We had a wonderful time in Port Aransas. The condo we stayed in was very nice. It was clean and had many amenities. This 2 bdrm, 2 bath was perfect for our family. Check in was a breeze. We were pleasantly surprise. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location and beach proximity. It would be nice if they had better toilet paper (bring your own unless you like sandpaper), or basic cooking items like ziplock bags and oil, etc. I know those aren't really a given with rentals but I usually see at least spray oil in all the others I've been to. I would've really liked to have been able to do laundry here, but it looks like that is locked off. Yeah I'm whining, but it was a nice place and we had a good time there!

We had a great time in Port A! The condo was nice and just a short walk to the beach. My kids weren’t crazy about the mattress in the pull out sofa but those aren’t made to be very luxurious so the last night the kids just put blankets on the couches and made due. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The property was priced accurately and we enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable and having two attached bathrooms were appreciated. It does need attention to some small details however. We wondered where certain kitchen essentials were. Regular spoons, tongs, spatula were all missing. Some pans could be replaced. Bathroom and bedroom doors did not close. Thermostat hard to override. TV remotes were difficult or needing batteries. We did like our stay though and appreciated the easy walk to beach. Thank you for the trip!

We enjoyed the stay. The condo is right next to the pool. Short distance to the beach. Well equipped. My only complaint would be the fees compared to other properties. My fault for not realizing the amount of fees that were being charged before booking but for that reason we will likely not stay here again.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. Unfortunately this time was not the same. We had limited towels, the cleanliness of the house was subpar. It’s a beautiful house, but has not been kept up. The cabinet “trash can” drawer was broken, the ceiling fan rattled so much we were afraid to leave it on for fear a blade may come loose. The master bathroom was not clean.
The bathroom door into the master bathroom would not close. We are long time owners ourselves at the Pelican so I do know some of these things are just due to age, but the cleanliness can be kept up. I love my Port Aransas so I will be back.

A spacious condo in a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. It was in a very quiet area, which was definitely a plus! Definitely bring your own towels and hand soap. The bath towels are tiny and rough. The place wasn’t as clean as I would have expected it to be. The floors and rugs were dirty upon arrival. We saw several clumps of hair on the ground. My 2 year old took his shoes off and within a few minutes the bottom of his feet were filthy. One of the bedcovers had blood stains. The included kitchen items (cookware and silverware) are old or maybe just not the best quality. Some of it was rusty. We decided to go out and buy our own plastic ware and paper plates.
We had to request dish soap even though the booking info said it was provided. I think we could’ve found something nicer for what we paid.

We enjoyed our stay for our 5 days/4night stay. The condo is close to the beach. Pics are exactly the same as the way it looks inside. We did have some minor issues with the master faucet & the blender as well as the outside patio furniture but the property management company responded quickly & resolved it. Thank you! The kitchen could use updated pots & pans & the ottoman & living room furniture cushions could use some updating. Overall a nice condo. We enjoyed our stay!

Missing some basics /in the kitchen , salt /pepper, some beach chairs .. could have been more beach friendly .. has tennis racquets but no balls .. we looked all over the island -no tennis balls 🙁. overall great location . Been to Port Aransas a few times and this is the best place we’ve stayed so far. The open kitchen and appliances were really nice.
Loved the layout of the condo. Bedrooms are in back and someone can take a nap or go to bed early without being disturbed.
Can’t see the beach, but the patio and patio furniture was really nice. Can hear the ocean when it's quiet.
One bed is super comfortable. The other is Meh. One soft and one firm.
Pretty much agree with almost all of the other reviews. Apparently, can opener has been replaced. Had almost everything we needed as far as amenities. A larger skillet would have been nice. However, we’ve stayed in enough VRBO to know you can’t count on stuff certain cooking utensils. If you absolutely need it better bring it with you.
We used car to go to beach so can’t speak for the boardwalk.

The condo is very nice and we would probably stay there again. Very clean and organized. The only issue we had was the 6 recessed lights in the living room didn't work. We made use of the existing lamp in the living room. The 3 recessed lights in the kitchen quit working on the day we left.
