Welcome to Carlisle Place! Located on the grounds of the award-winning Bellevue Barn, a popular wedding venue that can host events up to 250 people, this meticulously restored farmhouse welcomes you with a modern twist to country living, air conditioning on the main level, gas fireplace, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 living areas, and a large farmers porch with expansive views. There are a total of 8 beds - 1 King, 4 Queen, 1 Full and a Twin over Twin bunk bed, plus washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided as well!

Less than a mile from Santa's Village, within a short distance of all the attractions that make the White Mountains such a popular destination, this luxurious home will welcome you in style to your White Mountain vacations, with tasteful décor, high end furnishings, and a beautiful, modern kitchen stocked with all the cookware needed for a home cooked meal. And if you're seeking relaxation, fear not - there will be no events at the Barn during your rental!

If you're looking to host an event, the Bellevue Barn may just be the perfect place! Perched on a rolling, beautifully landscaped hill overlooking the stunning Presidential Range, the Barn hosts exquisite weddings year-round. Constructed in 2015, the classic two-story timber framed barn is surrounded by meticulously maintained gardens, apple trees, and seasonal wildflowers. Adorned with a bespoke hand-made chandelier and two grand entrances, The Barn and its surroundings offer endless opportunity to create exquisite ambiance depending on the style and size of your event.

Comfortably accommodating up to 250 guests, The Barn is aptly appointed with two full-service bars (indoor and out), a stylized “tack room” for wedding party prep or a quiet moment, and a well-equipped warming kitchen to receive your caterer of choice. Additionally, the adjacent patio space is perfect for al fresco cocktail hours, offering open-air views of the mountains across the way, as well as an area for cozy fires, relaxation, mingling, and the ever-popular full service outdoor “Grain Bin” bar.

In the summer and fall months, the orchards and open field just behind the Barn sets the scene for the post-and-beam arbor where you and your guests will experience breathtaking views from our outdoor ceremony location.

PLEASE NOTE: Carlisle Place's front room is equipped for hair and makeup and can be rented separately for those hosting or attending an event.

Short Term Rentals affect the neighbors and communities around them. We must do our duty to protect our local residents, our owners, our homes and the communities around us. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. We appreciate your understanding and your help, so that we can continue offering these amazing lodging options and ensure everyone has a enjoyable experience!

-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 4 Vehicles. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.
