For the exteriors, we have installed a spa, fire pit, and a mist system. You'll get clean, drinkable water throughout the home due to whole house water softener/filtration system. There are two other units attached to this listing, so the exteriors will be shared, and exterior amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need access to the garage for storage, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival; there might be a small fee to use our garage.

You can exclusively reserve the Meridian Dimension One Spa which can sit 7 people for a one-time initial service fee of $90.

This home will be professionally cleaned before every check-in, freshly washed sheets and towels, iron, hair dryer provided. Home has modern decorations with some antique furnishings for durability, wifi printer, grand piano, central HVAC, 2 smart TV, 1 desk, 1 pool table, ethernet port & fast wifi, open floorplan. Two other units are attached to the home (with separate entry/exit), so no sharing of interiors, except laundry room; possible sharing of exteriors i.e. yard, parking, and patio.

1. Follow CDC's recommended cleaning procedures. Cleaning protocols are included in your house manual.
2. Answer all your questions and concerns calmly and thoroughly.
3. Respond immediately to your concerns.
4. We have essential supplies for you.
5. Covid-19 survival field guide (links are provided in your house manual).
6. Connection to holistic practitioners that have successfully treated COVID-19 at an affordable cost. Please contact host if you need this service.
7. Host & host's affiliates observe social distancing, where/when applicable, including wearing masks, depending on guests' comfort level.

Door handles? Every single one wiped down.

Plates? Ran through the washer, even the clean ones.

Linens? Bleached. Every single one.

What to expect:
A clean, warm, cozy, comfortable home for small family/worker get-togethers. Home is recently remodeled with fresh paint, luxurious vinyl plank flooring, genuine wood cabinets, and granite countertops. Musicians will love the grand piano in the kitchen/dining area. With seatings that can comfortably dine 14 guests, home is ideal for get-togethers. Those working from home will appreciate wifi-printer, the office desk and chair, and the ethernet port in each room for extra internet stability with fast wifi. Families with children will appreciate the extra toddler mattress, kid utensils and plates, playpen, and foldable kids' table and chair that comfortably sits 4 kids. The leather seats in the living room ensure a comfortable lounge area and easy maintenance.

To respect sleeping neighbors, all guests are expected to observe quiet hours between 10pm and 6am; please notify host if guests from other areas don't abide by this rule. Pest-free property guarantee; please report any live bugs on premise so we can contact professional pest control to re-spray property.

What NOT TO EXPECT: Brand-new furnishings, a beautiful backyard, your own private parking areas/laundry room/backyard, the color of the comforters to match the advertised photos (we swap comforters). Such luxurious homes don't go for this affordable price.

This home is in a single family residential neighborhood, but because it shares walls with two other units on the same parcel, it functions similar to a townhome. You can possibly hear groups from the other units if you are in the kitchen, dining area, and/or living room, but the noises are indistinguishable so privacy is maintained. Exclusive use of all 3 units is available for big groups; please reach out to host for more details. We are seeking funds to add a pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor grill, so backyard pool construction might happen during your stay; if construction is a concern, please ask host if construction might be happening during your reservation.

For this listing, you might share the backyard, laundry room, parking, and patio with other guests whenever they are used.

This home is furnished with 2 leather recliners, 1 leather couch, 1 pool table, 2 dining tables that comfortably seats 14, stainless steel appliances, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms.

Guest access
Everything in the pictures. Do not expect to use the backyard because it is not nicely landscaped, and construction might happen during your stay. Laundry room and parking is shared with other renters.
Other things to note
This home is ideal for guests who need a clean, affordable, and functional home in a safe, quiet, owner-occupied residential neighborhood conveniently located close to freeways, hospital, supermarkets, etc, but it is not recommended for guests who expect brand-new, perfect furniture and a nice backyard according to the standards of a resort-like luxurious Hyatt hotel/mansion. Some of our furnishings are antiques because they are more durable compared to modern furnishings that don't survive normal wear and tear due to high traffic. Also, our backyard has not been nicely landscaped because we are in the process of adding a pool, spa, poolhouse, and outdoor BBQ grill with nicer landscapes.

You will share the backyard, laundry room, parking, and wifi with other guests staying in the other two units. Wifi stability is dependent on the number of users, but there is an ethernet port in each of the rooms for extra internet stability.

Only the bedrooms are insulated against social noises from the other units, so you will be subjected to hearing guests from the other units in the other areas outside of quiet hours. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Please be courteous of your surrounding neighbors and keep your noise level and music at a reasonable volume.

Guests who plan to use the patio chairs in the back should give us a 24 hours advance notice so we can make sure they are wiped down before usage because patio furnishings pick up dirt very quickly due to frequent Arizona dust storms.
