A coffee bar with drip coffee maker and all the trimmings is a wakeup call you’ll actually be excited to answer. When you’re ready for more of that fresh country air, head out onto the roof deck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs, chaise, and a high-top dining table with stools. Enjoy a cocktail and spread of afternoon appetizers al fresco while you watch the comings and goings of the local scene. The cherry on top? THINGS TO NOTE:
-Washer and dryer in home.
-Parking available for 2 vehicles. When the ice cream shop is open (mid-spring to mid-fall), parking is across the street in the lot with the sign marked "S. S. Fontana Tenants Only". When the ice cream shop is closed (mid-fall to mid-spring), parking for 2 cars is in the driveway right under the Blue Heaven sign.
-The Abbey Resort is around the corner.

You’ll be sure to catch sight of a sailboat or antique vessel as they drive by across the pristine waters. Be sure to time your evening right to catch a stunning Geneva Lake sunset from anywhere along the shore path. With so many things to do and see, you’ll want to visit Geneva Lake over and over again.
