About this house rental
The house has been recently updated and is the perfect space to stay while on vacation, traveling for work or for kids tournaments! We are a short drive to Norman’s new soccer field complex, Reaves Park and all things OU! We are just a few minute walk to a grocery store and Chick Fil A. The house is located near many food options and shopping options!
We travel with our kids and have tried to keep families in mind with the house! The master bedroom purposely has space for a toddler bed or Pack N Play. The master bedroom also has a wonderful chair for morning coffee, reading or relaxing! It has an en-suite half bathroom and walk in closet.
All bedrooms have room darkening blinds. The 2 other bedrooms have large closets as well.
Our living room is spacious for watching Roku TV or playing the board games and puzzles included in the TV hutch.
The dining room comfortably seats all 6 guests at a large rectangular table. We also strive to have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, casserole dishes, an air fryer, toaster, oven and more!
We would love to host you and your crew!Checkout instructions:
Please strip any sheets off of the beds that you sleep in and place them on the floor next to the bed.
Please place all used towels in a pile on the floor in the bathroom.

House was a good fit for our needs. We stayed in Norman to drop our child off at OU. Neighborhood was quiet, close to fast food and market. Make sure you give Dancing Crab a try. Delicious

We were looking for a place close to the attractions we wanted to see and found it! Beautiful house, close to lots of dining options and a short drive to OK city. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Easy to find. Half hour drive to lots of attractions! Very friendly hosts 😊

Place was just as described, very comfortable, when out of town I try to save on meals so I was able to use the kitchen a ton. Also great having a washer and dryer to wash uniforms.

My son had a baseball tournament in OU. This cozy house was perfect for our family. The house is very clean, check-in and communication from owner was great. I definitely would stay there again.

The house was very nice and perfect for our stay. It was centrally located and <10 minutes from OU. The washer and dryer were helpful in a pinch. An issue with the toilet was taken care of right away. I would highly recommend staying here.

We've stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, and this was easily the cleanest. It was also very comfortable and had everything our family needed for the few days we stayed. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and had a large shade tree. The host was quick to respond when I had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

I booked this house for a 3 night stay while my son was at a basketball camp/tournament at OCU. The rate for this house for 3 nights was cheaper than the hotel I was viewing for 2 nights. My son ended up getting sick and staying with us for 2 nights instead of the dorms. Having 3 bdrms was perfect for our situation. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was very clean. The ac kept it perfect for us, just like we are used to at home 70 degrees. The washer and dryer were very handy for doing a quick wash on his jersey each night.
One thing I didn't notice when I booked was that the bedrooms do not have TV. This is not a big deal, but we would have preferred to have tvs in the bedrooms as we are used to watching tv at night and setting a timer. The only TV is the one in the dining room. Again, this is my fault for not noticing and I would still stay here again because of the rate. Another thing that was not mentioned until after I booked was what was to be done at check out. All trash had to be removed and placed in the outside garbage, all towels placed on the floor in the bathroom, and all sheets removed and placed on the floor. Not a big deal, but I did miss 30 minutes of my son's game doing these things because the morning of check out no matter where you stay just flys by. Again, I would still stay here in the future.

The property was clean and perfect for what I needed for visiting the area. The backyard was perfect for my dog and had no issues. Owner was communicative prior to check in and allowed me to check in a little bit early.
