This house benefits from enclosed grounds of 300 m² and a 25 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. On the ground floor, spacious living room with fireplace (free wood stove), flat screen TV, DVD player, fully equipped integrated kitchen area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, separate wc. On the 1st floor, relaxation area with library, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds with shared shower room, separate toilet. Baby equipment available (2 travel cots, 1 cot, bath, deckchair, high chair, booster seat). Electric heating included. Prices all charges included.
