- Traditional fire pit with extra wood and lighters readily available nearby
- Gym and laundry access
- Pool access from April through October
- Stairs must be taken, not handicap accessible
- The property is surrounded by trees and as such requires outdoor maintenance every few days around noon, such as leaf blowing. However, if you'd prefer maintenance be skipped during your stay, simply let us know.

- Reach Camp Lejeune or OAJ airport in only 15 minutes, local beaches in 30 minutes, and historic downtown Wilmington in 55 minutes as well as ILM airport.
