This unit features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms offer the spectacular view. Loved our two night stay, we were 6 adults and really enjoyed the views and location. We went to Channel Islands for day so this was perfect stop over for couple of nights. Very clean and tidy with amazing view.

We had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed every space this house had to offer. Bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen clean, decor is pleasing. The views are spectacular. Close proximity to everything. Restaurants, shops, beaches and freeway. This was my second time staying here. I will 100% be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! The view is absolutely spectacular. Watching the sunrise, the sunset, and all of the beautiful times in between - what a treat! The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood and location were perfect. I hope we can return sometime very soon!

An excellent location with fantastic views. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and large windows very much. We were grateful for the essentials like soap, shampoo and clean towels. There are dogs next door that like to bark at everything and their lights can get extremely obnoxious as they flicker or strobe like an emergency vehicle. There are no screens in the windows but there are not many bugs to worry about. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

The house was perfect for our family attending a wedding in the area. It was clean and comfort and though we weren’t in the home for much of the day, we enjoyed the panoramic views when we were!

This was the perfect property for our stay. We had two families with little ones under two and it was as if the house was already baby-proofed which added so much ease to the experience. The views of the ocean were absolutely incredible. Every window in the house had a stunning view. I also loved the decor and how close the house was to everything in Ventura. We were only a few minutes from Main Street, the fair and the beach. The deck was also super comfy to watch the sunset and the perfect place for AM yoga. The house was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home and we cannot wait until our next stay here! One important note: there is no AC and no screens on the windows so it can get toasty with the windows closed. There are lots of fans which helped but it did get hot at times because we couldn’t open the windows while the little ones were running around.

Lovely and quiet property nestled in the hills overlooking Ventura and the ocean. You have a commanding view and can see the Channel Islands on a clear day. The house was clean and tidy and had all that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped (except for a toaster but we made do) and everything worked. Beds were comfortable the shower has loads of hot water, very nice. All in all a great place to stay with off street parking and a large sun terrace.

Definitely enjoyed our stay, but a few problems. The dishes were dirty, would have liked to have a washer/dryer, and the telescope and TV didn't work properly. Good place overall, would recommend it.

Arlene’s home is well appointed and has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need. The space fits four. (4) comfortably. It’s away from the sounds and lights of the city, but is close enough to get to the ocean in just a few minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely place this was to land after hours of Friday traffic en route! My friends and I planned our weekend around events in nearby Ojai, but we ended up coming back to the house one afternoon because we loved relaxing there with the view. The living room, dining room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms afford a gorgeous vista of the entire Ventura Bay. The house itself is spotless, the kitchen well-appointed, the bathroom lovely, and there is an outdoor deck with a grill and that killer view. My favorite sound is quiet, and the surrounding neighborhood is just that. It's a wonderful place to take a walk if you love hills. Communication with the property manager was timely and friendly. One of our party wasn't able to come, but the house layout is great for 3 friends or 3 couples or a couple and kids to each have a room. We loved it and will be back!

This house had amazing views both from inside and outside the property. The views were one of the best features of this property. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. There were even board games in the house that we were able to utilize which was nice. It was close to Main Street and the beach, as well as a quick drive to stores or activities which was a plus. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The property has impressive views even with overcast skies, very relaxing layout, and off the busy streets, so its quiet. Ventura is a nice city with everything nearby and plenty to do. We loved being able to pop back forth with all the different events, and the home is just up the hill. We can't coment on the sunsets as we didn't see the sun during our 5 day stay, but we assume it's really nice when it happens! The modern touches to the inside are really nicely done, and I found the living room's view hard to leave during down time. Thus is a wonderful spot for a Ventura vacation!

This place was an ideal size for me, my husband, and two teen boys. Everyone had their own room, the common space was welcoming and had gorgeous views. The house as beautiful and close to all the things we wanted to do. The property manager was extremely attentive and easy to reach when we had questions.

AMAZING gem with so many extras. Breath taking views of the ocean from almost every room in the house. Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. Haven’t slept this well in years. Very well stocked kitchen ( even had a nice big coffee machine plus a Keurig ). Ample pots, pans, dishes/silverware. Bathrooms had soft towels, necessary supplies and special extras - soap/lotions/shampoo. Very quiet neighborhood and beautifully landscaped grounds. We are going to make it our traditional spring break and more.

We had a fantastic time staying at this house in Ventura. The location is phenomenal -- super close to activities in downtown Ventura but tucked away for some peace and seclusion. The views are truly incredible from inside the house as well as the huge patio. The house couldn't be more comfortable. Everything is new and clean with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. A great house for a small group where you'll never feel you are living on top of each other. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Ventura!
