Bedrooms - 11 bedrooms: Annex: Bedroom 1-twin with ensuite wetroom with separate bath Bedroom 2- King with ensiuite wetroom with separate bath Main house 1st Floor: Bedroom 3- King with ensuite bathroom, shower over Bedroom 4-twin with ensuite shower room Bedroom 5- King with ensuite bathroom, shower over Bedroom 6-Superking with ensuite wetroom with separate bath Bedroom 7- Double with ensuite wetroom with separate bath Main house 2nd floor: Bedroom 8-King with ensuite wetroom with separate bath Bedroom 9-King with ensuite wetroom with separate bath Bedroom10-Twin with separate bathroom with shower over. Separate WC. Bedroom 11- Double sofa bed in lounge forming part of the Bedroom 10 suite
Bathrooms - 2 x downstairs WC's, downstairs shower room 10 x ensuites as above
Kitchen - Table & chairs for 10, dishwasher, Range cooker with 3 x ovens, grill and induction hob, Kitchen Aid Microwave, Kitchen aid and Robot Coupe food processors, professional ice cream machine, ice making machine, two full height fridges and two freezers.
Living Room - Large room with separate seating areas. Grand piano. Access to outside through french windows. Antico Verde marble fireplace.
Dining Room - Seats 24. Ambient wine wall. Access to covered veranda courtyard garden to rear.
Drawing Room - LIbrary, sofas, Smart TV
Outdoors - 5 acreas of formal listed gardens. 100 varieties of roses. Japanese acer garden. Woodland walks & scupltures.
Parking - Parking for any number of vehicles in two separate areas to either side of the house.
Children - Generally suitable. Please note that there are no stair gates as it would be difficult tio protect large sweeping staircases
