*This exclusive upscale home has waterfront access with a private boat dock. The home has a wonderful HEATED infinity pool with a wonderful lake view. The home is fully updated and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need. You can Pier fish from your private dock and the lake has large fish. The house has lots to do for the kids, board games, garage mini hoops, pool table, cornhole... This home has 8 bedrooms and 5 Full bathrooms.
The two master suites have a king size bed. Two bedrooms with queen size bed and four with twin beds. Two of the bathrooms are on suite and three shared guest bathrooms. The house also has mountain views, hiking, shopping, near NFL stadium, and is in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. The Neighborhood: The house is located on a scenic lake with mountain views. This home is a quiet, tropical, residential neighborhood. It is a short drive from grocery stores, shopping, golf, pickleball, and restaurants, as well as MLB spring training facilities, shopping, and football games at State Farm Stadium. The house has a two-car garage and is close to everything you need... This house offers one of the best backyards you find and it feels like a resort. Once you step outside into the backyard of the house it takes your breath away, and includes a private boat dock. The backyard includes palm trees, lawn, covered patio, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen and furniture are up to date and the house has plenty of natural light, tall ceilings, a very well stocked kitchen, and lots of TV stations. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. This house includes five full size bathrooms and is excellent for groups or couples. The dining room provides a dining table with views of the lakes. The house has a porch and the upstairs master suite comes with a Juliette balcony This house has plenty of silverware equipped to handle large groups well. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook and include free coffee and condiments. The Thunderbird Mountain trailhead hiking trail is just 0.3 miles away from your house, a hiker's dream. This house is only 15 minutes to Tanager outlet malls, Arrowhead Mall, and tons of shopping. Grocery and restaurants are abundant in the area and only 10 minutes away. Each of the eight bedrooms has its own TV and ceiling fans. 3D tour: coming soon! *We offer no hassle check-in to guests. * One extra sleeping cot is provided to guests. * Modern Smart TVs with Live TV + Streaming Services in every room * Shampoo, Conditioner, soap, toilet paper, tissue, & body wash included *Board games and other games provided *No lifeguard on duty *Fishing is free and does NOT require a permit. The fishing is catch and release only. Large fish in the lake are easy to catch. 8 Bedrooms with 8 total beds, 5 Full bathrooms. Both Lyft & UBER operate in the area.
