The property was very modern and well kept. The rooms were very clean and new, however quite small. The pool was nice and the loungers were comfortable. The staff were very friendly but would perhaps benefit from some hospitality training.
We are a couple and normally not the type to complain or write lenghty reviews, however we feel given the price we paid for the hotel we should give feedback so that other people who are booking are aware. This hotel unfortunately did not meet our expectations.
The check in process was very long winded and the staff member seemed inexperienced. After finally going through the check in process, a very nice man brought us and our bags to our room. He tried the key card for our room several times and it did not work. He then went to reception to get a new one and when he finally opened the door to our room someone else was already in there and in bed. We were then brought to our correct room, which was the same room number but two floors below. This was obviously quite upsetting and embarrassing to walk in on somebody in their room. For transperancy, it is also worth mentioning that they require a 3,000 THB deposit in cash upon checking in. Whilst this did not bother us, it would have been nice to know that it was required prior to our arrival.
In our room, the TV was not working however to be fair they did quite promptly come to fix it when we called. The jacuzzi bath had quite a bad smell when turned on which was very similar to rotten eggs.
There are a lot of reviews on this hotel about the construction. We fortunately had a room in the middle part of the hotel facing the pool, so we did not mind the construction and it could not be heard when we closed our door. However it is a point to note as it was ongoing for the entire length of our stay and it could be heard at the pool. One thing to note is that during our stay, guests were out on balconies partying and talking until 2am which was very loud. Whilst again, this was not a big issue for us, it is worth mentioning as we saw a lot of people here with young kids and it could be quite disruptive.

The bed was comfortable, de design is new and nice. The staff on the second day was helpfull and they tried to help.
The hotel is not finished! there is a huge construction site and half of the rooms face directly the construction. it starts early in the morning and goes at least till 7 oder even later.
Also there is often noise from other balconys or from the pool area (morning kids, night drinking people).
Also it is very very far away from everything. The shuttle was full, when we wanted to use it.
On arrival around 16:15 we didn't receive something to drink. We were just told to sit somewhere an wait. We waited for 30Min until we pushed to get feedback. The room was not ready. Without any proper excusion. Overall during these days I would rate this hotel max. a 3 star hotel. There is also no minibar and the deposit needs to be in cash, because they have not yet a partner-bank (or at least that's the reason they gave us).
Other customers complained about extensive mold in their room.
I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

- Shuttle service to nearby locations is still a mess. Especially the boat avenue shuttle. How do you expect guests who are on vacation to plan their day in advance and give fixed timings for to and fro?

The hotel itself was clean and newly built, which we appreciated. The rooms were spotless, and the modern design created a pleasant atmosphere.
The stay was overshadowed by extremely loud construction directly across from the hotel, starting at 7 a.m. and lasting until 6 p.m. This made it impossible to rest or enjoy the balcony we paid extra for. Additionally, some staff members were unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns, which added to our frustration.

Пока отель новый, конечно, он прекрасен! Все новое и чистое. Надеюсь, все останется в таком же состоянии спустя и года. Но это зависит только от работы персонала и уборки. Отель конечно потрясающий, завтраки на высшем уровне, персонал на высшем уровне, уборка на высшем уровне. Посуды, сковородок, кастрюль не пожалели!! У меня дома кухонной утвари меньше! Ну вы даёте!!!! 😀👍🏽Молодцы))) Правда! Создатель отеля молодец!
Цена явно занижена, проживание в таком отеле стоит дороже, сейчас сезон, но людей маловато, наверное отель новый и мало кто о нем знает. Но я уверена, когда собирется своя аудитория, цены здесь будут в два раза выше, это 100%!
Главное чтобы сервис и качество остались такие же.
Во время открытия двери ручка в санузле бьётся о стену плитки. Было бы неплохо поставить ограничители, иначе дверь быстро придёт в негодность, а плитка затрётся. Но это лишь замечание дизайнеру, который тут работал.

The facility was beautiful. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained. The property itself is still being built so everything is very new. The staff was very nice. The shuttle to Boat Avenue and the beach were great especially since this hotel is not in a walkable area.
The hotel is very remote. It is not walkable whatsoever. The street outside of the hotel doesn’t leave space for pedestrians and it is an extremely windy road. When we arrived at night to check in during the ride there we were wondering where in the world the hotel was because the path was extremely windy and away from any walkable areas. It would be nice and quiet if construction wasn’t still taking place. It can be rather loud at times. Additionally, the room was very very tiny.

Een fantastisch hotel; heerlijke bedden, prachtig uitzicht, goede faciliteiten en vooral personeel die weet waar gastvrijheid voor staat!. Wij willen vooral Anna bedanken voor haar vriendelijke hulp (en Eye en de andere dames van de receptie) en niet te vergeten de chauffeur van de hotelshuttle. We hebben echt genoten, nogmaals dank!

more than wonderful experience, cleanliness and treatment, especially Miss Khun, she was friendly and responded to all inquiries. She upgraded my room when I was not satisfied with the view, and it was extended through it at the same price as Booking.com. I will repeat my stay in the future. A new, clean, and more than wonderful hotel

O isolamento de som é péssimo. Decorrem obras ao lado que começam antes das 7 da manhã e é impossível dormir. O nosso quarto era próximo do elevador e ouvia-se barulho a noite toda. Apesar da reclamação junto do hotel não obtivemos qualquer resposta. Não recomendo para quem queira descansar.

Beautiful and luxurious property. Staff made you feel like royalty. Extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds. The pool and facilities were perfect. There’s a lot of construction going on in Bang Tao, but it wasn’t disruptive at all. The tuk tuk ride to the beach was also a lot of fun! We ordered a taxi to take us to the market and they sent us the nicest taxi I’ve ever been in with seat massagers.
We were told this property is brand new and I feel we might have been the first ones to stay in our room. We had a few issues with the water pressure in the tub spraying everywhere and the water in the shower wouldn’t drain. Also be careful when you leave the room as the door doesn’t automatically shut behind you. We accidentally left our room open twice.

Завтраки просто шикарные! Не шведский стол , но приносят очень много! Даже того, чего не ждал😁 кайф начинается в этом отеле с первых секунд, вас встречают , несут чемоданы, угощают приветственными напитками, в номер приносят фрукты , это так приятно ! Круче чем в Турции😁 для Тайланда реально удивительно и неожиданно. В номере все по последней моде, подсветки , кофемашина, вода в стекле и чехле, чувствуешь себя в 6 звездах. Бассейн нет слов чтобы описать его красоту! Чисто, вечером просто невероятно! Вода приятной температуры, очень большой! полотенца в зоне бассейна выдают другие. Трансфер на пляж и с пляжа ходит каждые 20 минут с самого утра и до темноты . Возят на пляж Лаен. Мы не ездили, были всего двое суток , жалею теперь 😁надо хотя бы на 3 суток ехать . Пляж Банг Тао посещали на байке , прости шикарен! Конечно, для любителей активного отдыха,а это мы, больше будет скучно. В отеле очень много русских , что конечно порадовало) отель открылся совсем недавно, цена очень приятная за такой уровень, мы отдали за 2 суток 12000 рублей , близость а аэропорту, что тоже удобно для завершения отдыха! Без байка активистам там делать нечего. Бассейн открыт до 20:00, но и ночью купались , никто нас не выгонял) конечно не шуметь если. И еще, огромные спасибо, выселялись мы в 12:00, наши вещи разместили в комнате хранения, а мы еще под дня чилили в бассейне) вылет был поздний , продлили нам немного отдых🫶
Место оказалось не лучшим для изучения окрестностей . Выехать с Лагуны не быстрая история, кругом стройка новых отелей и вилл, место напоминает элитный коттеджный поселок, еда кругом тоже дорогая, массаж в отеле стоит 1600 бат- это очень дорого. И еще не все таксисты захотят туда ехать) район не многолюдный. Много где пустыри , высохшая вода, удовольствие ограничено территорией отеля , гулять негде

Ресторан на ресепшене очень хорош, красиво, вкусно, уютно.
Это не относится к отелю, но по близости в шаговой доступности нет кафе, надо ехать.
Место куда привозит шатл на море, дорожка ведет через грязное неприятное кафе. Шезлонги только от этого кафе, в таком же состоянии как и оно само.

Tout était parfait ! L’établissement est très récent, il en met plein les yeux et les prestations sont au top.
Les chambres sont super bien équipées et très propres.
Le personnel est très agréable et serviable, toujours avec le sourire.
Piscine fantastique ! Petit déjeuner de qualité et très complet. Plus que satisfait c’était un petit séjour de rêve !
Il n’y a vraiment rien à redire mais il y a un tout petit point à soulever quand même qui n’enlève en rien à la qualité et aux prestations que propose l’hôtel, mais dans l’ensemble cet établissement manque d’insonorisation. On entends plutôt bien la route, la chambre voisine ou le couloir, ou certains n’ont pas le même respect et parlent très fort tôt le matin. Hormis ce petit point c’est un 100% parfait !

Breakfast was excellent the staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Swimming pool was great with lots of plants and trees around it and kept very clean. You can get a free lift to nearest beach and back but there really isnt any supermarkets or shops near by, however the nearest town is cherngtalay a 10 minuet cheap taxi ride away will get you into the center of town with plenty of shops bars and resteraunts to choose from

The rooms are clean, bright and modern. You can easily walk to a large stretch of beach and they offer a free shuttle to the beach daily too. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely amazing here! So filling and delicious and really fresh ingredients. The pool is huge and such a beautiful setting. The gym is brand new, lots of good equipment and space. The rooms are spacious and bright and also quiet to get good sleep. Very eco friendly and lots of lovely touches when you arrive. Comfy bed and quiet, slept very well. There was some building works going on but the hotel were very upfront about this at time of booking and it didn't affect my stay at all! You can eaaily taxi or bike to Bang Tao town and beach - also a nice walk through Laguna. Loved this hotel and would stay again!

The hotel its self is beautiful. It’s so clean and the staff are so friendly. The shuttle to boat avenue and the beach was great and so easy to book. The breakfast included was lovely and filling.
As it’s new the location is out of the way from everything and nothing is within walking distance apart from a local restaurant down the road. Thank god for the shuttle service but if you’re looking for a hotel with plenty around and within walking distance this isn’t the hotel for you.

פעם אחת שכחו לקחת אותנו מהחוף, ובצ׳ק אאוט שאלו איפה שמנו את הכפכפים. לא היו לנו כפכפים בחדר! ביקשו שנחתום על זה שלא היו כפכפים בחדר, עניין מוזר מאוד!

- the pool is big and there are plenty of beds.
- the gym. The equipment is brand new and they have all you need for a quick workout.
We stayed at La green for five nights. What we didn’t like:
- the bathroom is big, but the room was very small.
- the breakfast. For a “green” hotel they do waste a lot of food. There was no breakfast buffet, but a la carte and there are four options. I’ll add a picture of one of the breakfasts that we had, we tried to prevent foodwaste by telling the waitress we only wanted some of it but she wrote it down and we ended up getting the whole breakfast. This particular breakfast (I believe it’s called farmers) had lots of cheeses and meats and all we wanted was egg on toast. What we did get was cold and in our opinion didn’t taste well. We even skipped breakfast the last day because we were so over it.
- the service. For a five star resort the service in the restaurant during breakfast is incredibly bad.
