Budget hotel with manageable cleanliness.

Budget hotel

Bedsheet and comforter were extremely dirty in the first room which I requested to change. Second room also had stains and ciggerate burns on the bedsheet and comforter but I some how managed as I had my own bedsheet which I used.

WORST HOSTEL STAFF EVER !!

Very friendly neighbours

We got an email, asking us to prepay because it's busy, so we did. The day we arrived they told us there was no room for us, but we would also not get our money back!!! after 3 hours of discussion, suddenly they said we can have the room and then let me choose between two rooms (which means they had empty rooms, they just didn't want to give them to us). The neighbours helped us to get the room (5 stars for them) otherwise we would probably never got in. and they also offered us WiFi to sort our things out - the people working in the hotel did not even let us in the Lobby to use their wifi to search for another place. if you are overbooked and tell me in a polite way AND give me the money back - absolutely no problem, that can happen. And IF YOU ARE A F*CKING RACIST TAKE YOUR HOTEL OFF BOOKING.COM Also the smell from the water nearby was horrible and ALWAYS in our nose. The bathroom was the worst place, you could not go in with the urge to vomit because of the smell.

Filthy. Not worth. Will never book again.

Nothing really

Upon arrival, there was a big puddle of pee (probably from the big dog we saw) in the patio entrance. We went to reception and they didn't have the machine to pay by card, so they asked us to pay by cash. We paid, but they didn't have any cash. They gave us a filthy room with a bed with only a fitted sheet with stains and some sort of sand/dust. There was used sheets and towels in a ball in the wardrobe. There was filth in the walls, floor and bedside tables. They tried to give us another room, but the bed wasn't made either and it was dirty too. All of this trying to struggle to communicate with them because they could barely speak a few words in English. Finally we told them that we would go out, and will come back at night so they can solve the room issue while we're away. Came back at night, they gave us the change from the cash payment and a room. The bed was made, but the bedsheets were still dirty as if someone step on them or they dragged them in a dirty floor. There was clean towels, but again there was dirt and stains in the floor, doors, walls and bed side tables. We were very tired so we decided just to sleep and forget about it as we were only staying one night there. I took pictures of everything to add them to this review, but unfortunately I can't upload pictures. I would strongly advice you against staying in this hotel, but if you decided to book it anyway, I really wish you the best of luck. Also is kind of hard to find as there's no signage and from outside it looks just like a private property. There are 2 gates, one brown on the left and one yellow-ish on the right. It is the brown gate on the left.

Staffs behavior were very good. All over it was very nice hotel. Big size rooms. Nice and tidy friendly staff and a wonderful stay.
