Your family and friends will love the private pool and hot tub (heat for overflow-style hot tub available upon request and additional fees apply) as well as the three large balconies perfect for watching the sun rise and set. With the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean just a few steps away, "Sun of a Beach" is ready to welcome you as your new home-away-from-home!

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator, Internet, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Refrigerator, Ice Machine, Range & Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows, blanket, and bedspread. We also provide soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
